Our car was an absolute puzzle to figure out what was wrong due to a major issue being misread by the computer due to an entirely separate sensor error. Through out the whole ordeal the team was very sensitive, supportive and advocated for us to the manufacturer. I honestly cannot find a single fault with the service we received.

I also noticed the mechanic would talk to me (it was my car) and explain the issues with the car clearly even when my husband was standing beside me and never talked down or around me.

Sensational customer service! The tailgate on our Colorado Ute was stuck and would not open. They fixed it on the spot as a warranty repair.

My parents brought a new Holden cruze they took it there for its services car did 60k no oil change oil was like water how the engine still ran I don't know. I changed the oil twice in two weaks. As first change it went dark straight away second service it was good. So I then changed oil at 5k. They at colac won't admit to any wrong doing. But my parents are naw buying there next new car out of colac.
