Waste of time, I dont have enough time in the day, to tell you how, bad this organisation is. I get that they get paid for each client, but I'm still trying to understand why. Don't go, there thinking you will get help. Another government run department, that is useless, yes the staff are kind, but that's there job. Am very disappointed and will contact the relevant department, to let them know, while I sit back to get a letter or email or phone call to justify there jobs. Oh hold on I probably won't even get that. Can sit there and listen to, I just don't get paid for it. When you go to get your referral from your GP, don't bother, waste of time.
