From begging to end, the service and professionalism from The Fawcett Group was amazing! The booking of the time was flexible and quick. The plumber who came out, Callum, was fantastic. He was so professional and took the time to explain to me the issues and how he intended to fix it. Callum was efficient and thorough in his work. He was very tidy in his work. I cannot recommend The Fawcett Group more!

Services provided: Repair to existing substandard water mains which was leaking at the driveway, elimination of pipe hammering in ceiling space, replacement of 2 external water taps and elimination of unnecessary external tap, and replacement of quarter turn tap and spindle for recurrent leaking hot shower tap.

I would have given 6 stars over 5 if I could simply because more problems were solved than expected.

Len (hopefully spelled correctly) at the office triaged our situation and had a crew out the next day, Adrian who attended for assessment and repair was fastidious and thorough in adhering to plumbing standards. He provided professional and honest problem solving strategies to various plumbing queries that might have been dismissed as too small of a job. He listened and was emphatic to mine and my family needs.

I am going to get these mob back for bathroom renovation within the year.

Top notch, please keep it up, the community do appreciate it.

The response time to my initial call was excellent. There ended up being several issues that needed to be fixed, which I was told about as they were discovered and which were all remedied in a timely manner. The company takes pride in its work, evident in the manner in which all the work was completed. I will use The Fawcett Group again.

Pas, Michael, Elliott and Aston worked as a wonderful team to install a new evaporative cooler and 3 ceiling fans for us. They proved to exhibit strong interpersonal skills and were respectful towards us and our belongings. They were efficient and we felt they were worthy of recommending to others.

Luke came dead on time. Friendly and efficient to remove my wall gas heater. Luke completed job quickly and then went above and beyond and patched up the hole in the wall afterwards. Luke was very knowledgeable and respectful. The cost was well within my budget for this job and pleasantly surprising. I know I will use Fawcett plumbing again, definitely. Thank you

My 82 year old mother had a tree blow down in the recent storm it took out the overhead power line and the phone line. SA Power network secured the line but we needed an electrician. I called The Fawcett Group and they had an electrician there within the hour. He was polite and friendly and had things sorted in know time plus he contacted SA power network when he was finished so they could switch the power back on.

Last Friday I had Luke and Ben in my house.
They discovered and fixed fairly quickly what caused water hammering noise in the pipes. Nice work, no more hammering noise in our pipes.
