Positive and good experiences

These people are apathetic sociopaths, a more disgusting hive of scum and villainy you will never find. That's only the staff members, people who bully and threaten the most vulnerable people in society to comply or else they take away their means of survival.

Each one of my interactions and appointments has left in a almost suicidal depressed state for weeks afterwards, because of the callous disregard for any basic humanity. It's really the perfect experience of crushing apathetic bureaucracy.

Despite being a "disability employment provider", they will completely disregard any of your issues or needs. You are a just a number to them, just a signature to get more government money that they do not provide any services for.

Forced to come here to use their computers to submit job applications. This is a form of abusive dominance control, their computers are inadequate and they provide no assistance but they will cut off your payments if you don't comply. Even if you have a computer, phone, internet at home, it's redundant bureaucratic hell and its designed to crush your soul.

If you don't have depression before you engage with this "provider" then you certainly will afterwards.

A neoliberal wet dream, shame on everyone who's profiting of this system. Community bridging services are fetid scum and they will make you lose hope for humanity, Australia, and life itself.
