Awesome guy, fantastic customer service. Gave full instructions on how to use everything and even re-wrapped some old batteries free of charge and disposed of old batteries. Couldn't recommend enough, especially for people new to vaping. The shop manager is very patient and answers every question. 10/10

Friendly knowledgeable owner, very happy to go through anything with you regarding vaping. I regularly return to buy all my accessories or devices. Excellent variety at all times and is always stocked unlike other places I have visited on the odd chance... I will continue to return as long as I continue vaping.

First thing I noticed on entry to the shop was how amazing it smelt.

The gentleman behind the counter, Charlie, was very friendly and helpful with a ton of easy to understand info for beginners and a quick demonstration/tutorial on how to correctly assemble and use the vape you are purchasing.

The selection of flavours is almost overwhelming, in a good way, with about 200 different selections to choose from.

The shop is setup well, very nicely displayed and extremely clean. There is even lounge chairs and a TV in the middle of the shop for customers to sit, watch and vape while waiting for any customers in front of you to be served. .... which is a nice change from other shops that just expect you to look at the roof and twiddle your thumbs while waiting to purchase a product.

Charlie is a really down to earth guy who won't sell you garbage for the sack of making a sale. He will give you a honest opinion on each product, it's pros and cons and any personal experiences he has had with the product.

In conclusion. Great store. Great owner. Lucky to have a shop like this down south. 10/10

Great service. Charlie is clearly very knowledgeable about vaping and helped me to buy my first vape. He talked me through everything I would need to know and even let me sample my juice before I bought. Great place. Highly recommend.

Went in with my mod and Charlie was more than happy to show me how to use it , we talked about everything a newbie vaper should know from ejuice to battery storage to keep safe . The ejuice range is amazing and his store is very clean and big , love just sitting down on the lounge while waiting .

Visiting Adelaide from the Gold Coast and desperately needed new coils - Charlie went above and beyond to actually change my coil himself, primed it and gave me some educational tips on checking for when it needs to be changed next time. Absolutely lovely guy, incredibly friendly and will definitely visit again next time I come to Adelaide.

What a great vape shop. From the moment my wife and I walked in we were warmly greated by Charlie and Jill. The shop was very clean and inviting. The tange of vape product's was excellent and the selection of juice in stock was excellent. So many flavours to choose from. great people to deal with stayed open on a Sunday so i could get a new mod as mine went for a swim good range of quality mods and all the spare parts you could need the only thing i could say that is even slightly negative is you will need some time spare for the visit after some tasting and talking

One of the good stores. The guy even changed the coil for me and they have super strong menthol juice. Top notch!!!
