I am very much satisfied with the service/repair that Rob...the friendly guy...did to my S8. He went straight to the problem and fixed it. And I was so thankful as well for the low charge that I paid. Truly a very nice place for electronics...whether you're purchasing, inquiring or having a repair. More power R.M. Electronics!

The manager of this shop would probably be the rudest person, with most appalling customer relations that I have ever met.
I priced a step-down ac transformer to possibly use on my daughter's radio. I mentioned that I wasn't sure the radio still worked and asked if he could test it if I brought it in. He said it would cost me $45 (about the cost of the transformer). I said I thought that seemed a bit excessive and he said to "go somewhere else if you think you can get free technical service".
I wasn't after free service. I was perfectly willing to pay a reasonable amount to have the device tested--a task that might take around 30 seconds to complete. But charging $45, to me, seemed to suggest he wanted to make that amount whether he made a legitimate sale on the transformer or not.
I am not a local in Naracoorte, but I do visit there regularly. I have bought goods at that shop previously and have been served by a courteous young man. But this guy was well over the top in his level of arrogance and rudeness. I will never frequent the shop again.
If I could have given zero stars I would have.
If suggest to people of Naracoorte that it'd be worth taking the trip to another town of you want any electronics.

The worst customer service and rudest person ever met. Instead of explaining and accepting what they did wrong the Manger or owner was criticizing my English totally waste of money and time

I wanted to buy GPZ 7000 metal detector but first how could I buy from them I’m located in Sydney then he said look somewhere there, I said your prices is more fair I expected heat something nice from him instead he said YOU KNOW WHO IS THE SCAMMER IS? Such horrendous costumer service.. in the first place.
