Galangha Thai

Tried a local Thai place to end my weekend escape of wine tasting. Chicken Pad Thai, vegetable jungle curry and BBQ duck caught my eye. Flavours in each dish was good, however could have used a bit more spiciness. Got some chilli and white rice to round out the meal. All in all, decent Thai. Service was good, especially since they were man down for this busy Saturday evening.

Don’t discount this place because it’s not as pretty as the other in town. We stopped in on our way home from a big trip, it was absolutely delicious, good serving sizes and they served us quickly which was perfect for what we needed. Thanks for a lovely dinner

I found the crispy chicken and tamarind sauce delicious. Service friendly.

-even tho they had an abusive customer barge into the kitchen to demand his food & yell & bully them & refuse to pay his large bill ,( whom eventually paid 50% of his bill . You can tell his done this before)

Highly recommend this restaurant. Perhaps the staff are young and inexperienced but covid has put a lot of stresses on these industries and I feel we need to support and prop them up, not pull them down. Apologies but enjoyed it so much forgot to take photos. Fantastic bottle of Robert Stein Mudgee Rose… light & crisp.

We had a stop over night in Madgee travelling inland. We've been in many Thai restaurants in Sydney and didn't find this quality food. Very authentic Thai food. Don't get fool by the look and if not look too crowded. Many take away while we were there, lovely staffs and great food experience awaits you.

The restaurant is a little older on the inside but that didn't take away from the atmosphere and warmth it offers. A lovely place to have a meal and enjoy the tasty food.
The staff made us feel very welcome, are very friendly and nothing was a problem for them.

Lovely food and very courteous staff. Placed an order for a take away and staff were very considerate to listen to our vegan request. One of the best Thai food we had in recent times. Highly recommended if you visiting Mudgee.

Great Experience! Fast friendly service. Authentic Thai Meals. The Larb (Ordered with Squid) & Pad Thai (Ordered with Chicken) were very tasty. Steamed rice was served in a covered poetry bowl and stayed warm through the whole meal. Free local delivery too!

Delicious food, authentic feeling place. Had the prawn skewers, seafood and snow pea stir fry. Enjoyed it thoroughly. I've given it 5 stars, as 4.5 isn't an option but 4 seems too low.
The decor is a bit tired and the younger staff were a little inattentive, but they are friendly.

I had a great evening with my partner. The staff is lovely and the food was very good. We had Beef Pad See Ew and Chicken Chilli Fried Rice and both were yummy. I will definetely come back.

Service with a smile, attentive and the food was simply delicious.
I would suggest some craft beers on the menu though. Will be going back.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The owners Jack and Tukky are so welcoming. Polite and professional. Really make you feel at home.
Food is authentic and delicious. First pla e I go when visiting Mudgee.

I really enjoyed the chilli jam chicken. Next time I'm in mudgee I'll be getting it again for sure.
