Worksite Fitness and Rehabilitation

I went here not long after graduating uni (although I’d had lots of experience in my field before uni). They are the best place to work in this field by a long shot (Heard that from other staff also who had actually come across from other businesses). Top quality in all work & product aspects and the possibilities of making a difference wherever you work under them. It’s nice working for people who really do just want to make a positive difference to people’s health.

Management are incredibly caring, helpful and professional. You’d think I’d been paid to say this but it really was just that great! The whole time I felt cared for and looked after and any mistakes I made along the way were not punished but taught and guided to do things correctly as there’s lots to learn. They always had my back and that’s a rare quality of management in any business. I could talk all day about how great the project managers and management are and it’s something I’ll always remember.

The pay was great, I don’t think I’d seen any other business in this industry pay as well as they did from looking at what other jobs were offering at the time. There was lots of variety for work as well, within the sites you work at and within the business itself in different roles. There wasn’t a single staff I didn’t get along with and the mood was always positive and uplifting around the office because it came from the top! I have moved on since but had a great experience with WFR.

Hello just getting in contact with you regarding the service this afternoon, would just like to give you some feedback, starting with the service was excellent from Pierre was very polite, and did an excellent job on my car, explained everything that he was doing, which I found really helpful so I could understand, absolutely brilliant service from Pierre again, kind regards jay
