Greenco Parking

Affordable early bird parking ($15/day) but you have to park on level 4 or above and go up/down the tightest car park ramps I have ever experienced. Glad my car has sensors as otherwise I would have struggled to get in and out of here.

$15 listed on the board for all-day early bird parking, but was made to pay $40 instead. Help operator hung up multiple times and refused to assist. Unlawful and scummy business practices in order to force customers to pay extra.

Not to mention the terrible carpark layout - I have a tiny car and its difficult.

Avoid this scammy business at all cost.

Must be the worst parking out... So narrow could hardly fit my Arcadia going up an down the ramps... States $15 earlybird parking in green area on level 4 but went to pay an it was $36... An no invoice provided an Still I had to push the help button to get out off the boom gates.

Terrible car park. Ramps too narrow, I find it hard to believe it would meet the standard for any vehicle turning circle. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing experience with the operator on the call at the exit. Having issues at paying cash at your machine near the building entrance as it's not taking notes.

Fix your machine and your customer service too. Not that hard to tell me politely that there's another ticket pay machine on the other side. My notes worked perfectly fine in that machine so obviously not an issue with my notes as the operator rudely suggested.

Ramps are difficlute to turn into with a large vehicle, ticket machine failed to give me a tax invoice. There is no phone number to call, sent a request, but no response as yet. Also, $40 to park for four hours is a bit rich, the P sign out the front states "Parking from $2" which may be true for 30min, but quickly shoots up.

Impossible to go from one level to another as rumps are too narrow if you have anything bigger than mini. The architect clearly never had a car and had no understanding of a turning circle of a car. Would love to give a "0" star.

Shocking design. I'm a very experienced driver, with a small car and I found the ramps between levels to be a real challenge. This carpark should be demolished and built again properly.

The ramps are so narrow. Even in my tiny car I struggled to turn on and off of the ramps. The ticket machines also failed to provide a tax invoice. Disappointing.

Extremely difficult to get up and down the ramps, entry to the first level (up the first ramp is fine. But getting up or down beyond that for a car with a wide turning circle is nearly impossible. The ramps are partially padded as an afterthought, but doesnt change from the fact the turns are very difficult to make for anything that is a medium sized care or even bigger. Not worth the greif/trauma or car damage

Smallest ramps up/down I've ever seen. A car with an 11m turning circle physically cannot change level if there's someone in the opposite bay of the ramp. It took over 10min just to get out.

Terrible ramp space, if I didn’t have sensors on my car I would have guaranteed scratch my car

Too narrow, didn't get a receipt for payment either
