The team at Western Kids Health are fantastic! Nicole and Tim have worked with my 9 year old daughter over the past weeks to help her return to sport after a diagnosis that had set her back. As a physio myself I was thoroughly impressed. Thank you 😊

Cant praise WKH enough, Georgia was amazing at helping my 15 month old learn to stand and walk independently after he had lost confidence following a couple falls. She was patient, kind, great with engaging young children and gave us so many tips on how to encourage him to take his first steps. We received a plan after every session on what activities to attempt next.

Sessions can seem pricey but worth it for the knowledge and peace of mind. Saw the benefit after the first consult and approx 5 sessions later he is walking beautifully. Also really appreciated how the centre would often check in for updates on how he was going in between appointments. Thanks Georgia, we will be forever grateful for your help! <3

The Baby Play Academy is pure genius. It provides seemingly endless ideas for entertaining and developmentally appropriate play ideas for babes - that are all achievable for parents too (win!).
We also took our little lady to some physio appointments at Western Kids Health, where she was treated by the wizards who created BPA. The entire team there are truly amazing, they go above and beyond in their provision of care. I can't recommend them highly enough!!

After getting baby home in March 2020 we asked ourselves, okay so now how do we play with him? We were met with a lack of free resources of what babies need from play so turning to paid resources can say we paid a whole lot more for a whole lot less! Baby play academy is your one stop shop; help, support, ideas, comfort. The game changer tips are ohhhh so simple but oh so powerful. I'm so grateful to have this along for the journey with our second. Nicole and the team come from a place of helping and empowering parents, they don't heap guilt, doubt or unrealistic expectations. Worth every penny and then some!

Our experience with Nicole at Western Kids Health was brilliant. We were living in Singapore at the time and after seeing orthopaedic specialists and physiotherapists we were unable to get a diagnosis for my daughters chronic knee pain. We were extremely frustrated until we were put in contact with Nicole.
Nicole was the first person who was able to diagnose my daughters pain condition and she was the only professional to speak directly to my daughter in a language she could understand. The physical therapy plans Nicole put in place for us were very professional but perfect for my daughter to follow herself so she was able to manage her rehab herself. Nicole was available for email advice or tele health consultations when required. Within 2 weeks of consulting with Nicole my daughter's pain was significantly reduced.

After our child was diagnosed with a complex pain condition he was unable to walk and was crying in agony 24 hrs a day. We were recommended to seek help here from a pain specialist. The staff here were of the first to help us in our horrific journey, we learned more from the first meeting with the Physio and OT than from any other specialist. Within the first week of seeing us they got our child out of bed, within 2 months they got him onto crutches. We are still in the process of rehab, but the future looks bright.

It’s a long and difficult road, we are eternally grateful for the help from Nicole and Emily.

The clinic is fantastic. We have seen both speech therapy and Physio at WKH and they have both been amazing.

My daughter was lucky enough to be seen by Nicole. The appointment was very thorough, Nicole addressed all my concerns and gave us exercises to do at home. My daughter started walking within a couple of days. We had a follow up appointment booked however I cancelled due to getting an appointment publicly at my local CDC. Nicole emailed me asking how my daughter was doing and is willing to share her notes with my local physio. I truly feel like you have gone out of your way for my daughter and the world needs more people like you! Thanks again 😊
