Long Story in short, when I went there with My clien to attend her NDIS meeting, my client went straight into the building and took a sit in one of the cair instead of standing in the queue and answering Covid screening questions ( she is not ableto do it), so I quickly did it for both of us. And followed my client into the building, a security guy followed us and said to me Control your client, and you are her support workert you should able to contact her. Can someone please provide this man a some training that Support workers aren't there to control anyone 🤣😅

Either they are extremely lazy or not staffed correctly. I had a claim put in over three months ago and I'm still waiting on an outcome despite numerous hours spent calling.
