My fiancée and I originally came to the bridal shop next door, but after they refused to serve us without an appointment (even though we knew they had a free slot and they weren’t with anyone), we decided to try our luck at Ravish Bridal. Deb greeted us like we were long-lost relatives, invited us in, made us tea and offered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were willing to work with us, even after we changed our mind and when we brought the wedding forward, they were even willing to part with a ball gown dress right off the mannequin. They were also able to recommend a formalwear shop for the tuxedo and an amazing tailor that was able to alter both the dress and the suit so they both fit perfectly (and a really well-priced tailor at that). The dresses at Ravish Bridal are of amazing quality and the prices are reasonable, with the rack sales a steal. 100% recommend.

I had such a fantastic experience with the ladies at Ravish Bridal. It was a Friday and we just spur of the moment phoned and see if they had appointments or they would take walk-ins. The lady on the phone was so friendly and just let us know to come on in whenever we liked, as they have walk-ins during the week. With my sister and daughter in tow, I thought why not lets give it a go! This was the first bridal shop we went into, and I left there with my dream dress. The ladies at Ravish Bridal were considerate of my budget - they were not pushy one bit. There was nothing too big of an ask for the ladies here. Just so appreciative of their kindness & making finding my dress so enjoyable x

I dropped in here without an appointment because we were in the area. Deborah was very helpful and friendly. She knew the products well and was happy to answer questions. It is a slightly different sort of boutique in that they carry samples of each dress style, then you can order the item you want in your size. It takes about 3-5 months for dresses to arrive, so you need to plan well in advance. I found a lovely plus-size dress in a flattering style for my matron of honour dress for my friend's wedding. It will arrive with plenty of time to have the necessary alterations made. Some people are not comfortable with the idea of not being able to try on the dress before choosing. The special clearance items are all discounted dresses and one size only.

Perfect try on session. First time in store & was so utterly happy with the service & attention. Very kind & was not rushed at all. Found the most perfect dress. Thank you so much Vicki for the time & gentle suggestions. This whole experience was made easy because of you.

Amazing hospitality. Deb allowed us to browse the dresses at our own accord and pick out what we'd like to try on (unlike the store next door) she offered to help if we needed it. Deb was casual and fun, super friendly and helpful. I was able to choose the styles I wanted (unlike next door) and get a feel for what I wanted. They have a great range of discounted gowns as well as made to order gowns. Also a great range of bridesmaid, mother of the bride and formal gowns upstairs. Their sale gowns accommodate for all sizes and styles. We felt so welcomed and comfortable.(not just another commission, like next door) I thought I'd had a great time on my first visit to a bridal store (next door) only to be pressured into ordering a dress I'd later regret and found the most amazing dress that ticked all my boxes at Ravish for a fraction of the price. Ravish have proven to me that they go above and beyond for their brides to be. Even my mum got the most amazing dress for the big day from here with Deb's help. We can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience shopping here. We spontaneously walked in without an appointment after shopping at another store and we were welcomed to try on dresses straight away. I was nervous to find a dress that would suit my body type but the ladies here really know their stuff. I found my dress within an hour. Today I picked up my dress and it is absolutely perfect and exactly what I dreamed of.

My niece was looked after by the lovely staff at Ravish. She didn’t tell them that she was related to me as she didn’t want special treatment. She told me that they were so lovely and made her feel important and most of all comfortable. Her dress was perfect and within her budget. She was so happy. To say my experience was amazing and special is an understatement. The ladies at Ravish Bridal made my first wedding shopping experience feel so wholesome.
I was greeted by Claudine and Vicky who instantly made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They made me feel like I was the only bride and so special. Vicki helped me throughout my experience and she was so genuine and lovely - she made me feel like I had known her my whole life and I could put all trust into what she had to say!
I said yes to the dress and in this moment I started crying when I found the one, I looked up and Vicki was there crying with me!
She is one of a kind, unique, warm, and just so so genuine- exactly who I wished for when I envisioned my first wedding dress shopping! Claudine and Vicki made me feel absolute no pressure in buying anything and I will forever be telling people about my first time finding my dream dress!

After walking out of one store feeling very deflated. We walked in Ravish and were greeted with a kind smile and attitude. We hadn't made an appointment and Caludine welcomed us. They made me feel very important and gave me their time and care. We popped in today, Carolyn made us feel so very welcome, she went above and beyond to help us, we had a very limited time frame and Walked in without an appointment and she pulled thw most amazing dresses, we felt so respected and heard throughout the whole visit. The ladies at Ravish Bridal are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and are able to recommend the right dress for your body shape. Purchased my wedding gown from Ravish after going to three different stores. Ravish has a great range of dresses that you can look through yourself/with a consultant rather than the consultant selecting dresses based on your initial ideas. I ended up purchasing a stunning dress that I wouldn't have previously considered right for my body that the ladies suggested. Just bought my veil today and was able to try the sample of my wedding dress style on to select the right veil for the cut of the dress. Recently visited this store. From the minute I walked in, the staff were so professional and accomodating I knew I would find the perfect dress and I did! Particular shout out to employee Carolynn, so helpful and gave me loads of great advice. Will recommend to all my friends 🤗

My friend found her wedding dress here! We had 15 minutes before her next appointment and the lady assisting us took the chance to get her in as many dresses as possible, when most places would turn you away. Within those 15 minutes she found the perfect dress! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their wedding dress and all of the gowns you can take home that day if necessary!

A spontaneous random find and I could not be more happier with the outfit I found.

Upon arrival from being met by Vicky, she looked after me so well. Vicky escorted me upstairs to the formal evening gowns section and assisted me with finding a handful of outfits to try on. I had the studio to myself, so I was not stressed or feeling overwhelmed and I found the perfect outfit for the Ball.
