Viet's Brothers Shailer Park

This small business may not seem like much from the outside, but as always, it's the food that is important. Simple tables and chairs inside mean that it doesn't look like much. The menu is quite extensive, offering something for every taste, from mild to spicy. There are also lunch specials. The food was fantastic and very tasty. Made to order and very fresh. I would recommend this lovely place and will be going back soon. Went back again yesterday. The portion sizes are very generous.

Stopped by while in the area for some Singapore noodle and dim sims. Fair price and hot and tasty. Will be back, had lovely flavours.

I go here quite often to get take away food. I have found the food to be delicious, very fresh and lots of flavour. My favourite is lamb yellow curry. The lady who is on the cash register is lovely. The man is lovely too, very quiet and maybe shy. My favourite local restaurant.

2023 update.
Had a really nice salad dressed very well with generous sauce. The chefs home grown chillies are POW! Very hot but very nice. Order them on the side!

Good service, the viet food menu is delicious! I normally have the combination broken rice or the pho beef noodle bowl..both yum!

The food here is just👏so👏good👏. I've had the Mongolian beef twice now and both times it was YUM. The owners are really lovely too, so glad I found this little restaurant.

First time here and will be back for more. Steamed DimSim were great as was the prawn toast and fried rice. Mains were good too. Two thumbs up.

Seriously these guys/ gals really know how to cook.
Last week I had singapore noodles. Takeaway.
It was so good I rang them up and told them its the best ive ever had.
Tonight I ordered Egg noodle and wonton with bbq pork . Its amazing . It came in 3 containers.
1 was soup.
1 was noodles and veg and pork. No liquid
1 was fresh bean sprouts and vietnamise mint.
They really think about what they are serving .
I got the singapore noodles again for lunch tomorrow. Been thinking about them since last week lol

Viet Bros is my first choice for takeaway meals. The service is fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. The quality of the food is consistently fantastic and very affordable.

Yum!!! The chef here is amazing. Soups are bang on and the kids love the flaming pork spare ribs. We’ll be back.
