H&R Block Tax Accountants - Shailer Park

My experience with H&R Block is, that H&R Block are a great company. They provide some of the best training for their staff and staff from other accounting firms. The fact other accounting firms use H&R Block to train staff is a fantastic recommendation.

As with any business, not all staff have the same level of expertise. You have to applaud any business that is prepared to take on staff and train them. We all have to start somewhere.

I know H&R Block have many very highly trained expert staff, access to the latest changes in tax legislation and will ultimately work to get you the best refund you are legally entitled to. It is in H&R Block's best interest to do the right thing by every customer.

Expectation and not fully understanding what you are entitled to claim, can set you up for disappointment. Just because you got a big refund last year doesn't mean you will get the same this year. Ask for an explanation.

Tracey is amazing, super clear and thorough in ensuring she can maximise your return whilst being bubbly and bright! She is a gem and I hope she doesn't change offices so I can return to her next tax return :)
