Good location for where I needed to go. Clear signage. Tight car park luckily I have a small car. Probably needs more lights as very dark in parts of the car park.

Management offered me a full refund for the fees incurred during this experience. I will still say the building needs some serious updating as I have seen cars get stuck at the gates multiple times.

Hi,

My car has been stuck at the bowen crescent car park for 24 hours and it still wont let me leave as its not recognizing my card. I need my car for 2 medical appointments tomorrow morning and will be calling the police if i dont hear back from you by 5 pm.  I have left over 9 voicemails. There is no attendant and no one is answering the phone.  I'm actually desperate this is an emergency! My number is in the email i left you PLEASE CALL ME.

Ok car park. Early bird now $18 (was better value at $16) and misleading about having an attendant on level 9 to validate ticket. Also ran out of paper to issue receipt a few times. It's ok not great.

Good car park for location and car park bays can take larger cars. Need to improve the lighting since putting up the large apartment marketing banner. Also the light sensors as they do not always work when you get back to the car in the dark. Need to fix the lifts as they have not worked now for a few months.

Car spots are very short and tight, the lift felt unsecure and did not feel safe using the stairway. Would always park under Squires Loft where possible

the door was not working today, not ticket, called someone so I can pay and leave, he said yes sir it is 15 dollar for 1 hour parking and them they cut 50 dollar from my account,

it was not a lost ticket issue,, they even did not ask me any question, the machine was broken and they let everyone in without ticket, but we I went out they charge me 50 dollar
I did the info but no reply so far,
