On our way back from lunch at the Marina... HELL YEAH, ICECREAM!

Now I don't know why a 'Mr Whippy' van would be operating at 2 o'clock on a mild, Thursday (non school holidays) BUT I sure am glad it was :)

(Oh and the Reserve itself is a calm, open rest area for vehicles heading out of Mandurah towards the north-heading freeway arteries and the coastal routes to Rockingham and beyond. In the mornings there's usually a coffee van, and some weekday evenings there is a roast roll guy. And occasionally, the ice cream guy.... if ya lucky ;) #rubyssoftserve)

Trent was great and the best cuppa maker in his Vincent Caravan he needs an award for everything he does and always there and makes sure everything is what his customers need and want and always there whether it's fine.hot or raining

Great place to stay and have fun.

It's a park where people park their cars and have coffees. Also rats like to stop here because it's on busy road. The parks are nice full of birds and bandicoots, and native plants. Good for walks. Good path to shops or beaches.

Beaches stretch as far as the eye can see. Great childrens playground. Pedestrian access to beach. Public conveniences adjacent to carparking areas. "Sugar Lips" van for donuts, fresh coffee etc. between 7am and noon in the top parking area. Not there every day so check the notices for schedule.
