The Bike Factory

Went with my brother to get a part for his Ducatti. I went to wait outside for him because couldn't get up step in my wheelchair. Then all of a sudden Debbie (I'm guessing the owner) brings out a bike ramp they use so I could get inside out of the heat. Might seem like a small gesture to some but to me it was so bloody awesome and rare.
She was able to help my brother find part he was looking for and also offered us a cold drink. Had a great conversation. Really welcoming. Some great bikes in there aswell. Thank you Debbie you are an amazing lady

Debbie is an absolute legend, took the time to personally answer my emails and followed up on information I was asking for. This put her memory to the test as the business I needed to contact was a third party and not associated with the Bike Factory at all, as soon as she remembered the name of the business she called me and gave me the contact information. A lot of businesses today would’ve fobbed me off and left me to do my own research, would definitely recommend the Bike Factory, thanks again Debbie.

A pleasure to talk with these guys and have them work on my bike. Steve, an enthusiast and true "mechanic" as opposed to a "technician", is meticulous and methodical. By "mechanic" I mean someone who's willing to get their hands dirty and is able to diagnose and sort any issue through reference to long term experience rather than a laptop. My 748 will be forever entrusted to your care. Thanks guys.

If you own a Ducati then this shop is your only option. Never mind back yard workshops or other shops with bad reputations Richard and his team are as honest as they come. If the job is something beyond them they will point you to someone equally as honest.

These guys always provide fantastic service if you want to bring your bike in for them to work on. And if you do your own maintenance on a Ducati they're also really helpful with providing tips and advice on how to do things and will provide you with any part you need.

Friendly to deal with and knowledgeable. Prompt, quality service. I own 2 Monsters, both maintained and worked on by these guys. After bad experiences elsewhere, I'll be sticking with them. Final note, important to me, when they say they will call you... They will actually call!
