Went in 830am as doors opened to sort out battery issues. From the first second she did not hesitate to help with the whole process. Very satisfied.

O ordered the wrong headlight globe online for fitting in store. the guy simply went back inside, got the right globe, fitted it and gave me the cash difference. 15 minutes in total. great service.

I needed a battery for a vehicle quickly. Staff help find ideal batteries for vehicle and made recommendations based on usage.

I was struggling with understanding what headlight bulb I had to change and how to fit it into my car and despite needing a lot of help after coming back to the store a few times, Seth at the Victoria Park store was more than happy to give me a hand. Thanks !! Now my headlight works !

Kris was super helpful today with helping us explain signs to look out for if car batteries have completely drained out or not. He also helped with jump start cables for cars and they also have free battery testing service available here as well. Great service will visit again and recommend to others. :)

Amazing Staff at this Supercheap Branch. As a women, I never feel comfortable asking about car related items. I had to have my windscreen wipers replaced and came here. I was relieved when a female staff member helped me through the whole process and her and another staff member replaced my wipers in a few minutes, they even made sure they were working correctly. All the staff here are super friendly and extremely happy and helpful. Highly Recommended!
