I went to De Rucci Store in Osborne Park and I met with Sandy and I was only looking for mattresses, but Sandy was so good and explained how De Rucci makes everything custom for our spine etc and how it can last 10+ years and showed me the value and all the benefits and she was so good and even gave me additional discounts. I highly recommend dealing with her.

I recently purchase bed set and rug at DeRCCI, Osborne Park. Very happy with products and especially the service from Sandy, she was very patient, professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She goes beyond and above the customer needs to help me find out the right bed frame and side table suit my bed room. Will come back again and recommended the store.

We recently purchased a sofa set from DeRucci Perth in Osbourne Park,. We received a very welcoming treatment and were personally handled by the branch manager Mr. Jeff, who helped us greatly in our decision. He clearly understood our requirements and was able to simulate the Sofa positioning in our living room based on photo provided. He gave us a great service and even took our final order via phone and ensured delivery within 24hrs, now that's a service! We bought a great product quality and are very pleased with our selection, thank you Jeff and DeRucci for such a great experience.

Great selection of furniture with modern and unique designs. Haley from the sales department was especially helpful, knowledgeable and patient. After showing her a couple of photos of what I was looking for, she showed me around the store and recommended a few items. I ended up buying a large sofa; beautiful design, fair price and great material quality. Delivery was also a smooth process.

I bought a bed earlier this year. Although the frame was available, the specific mattress that I wanted was to be shipped with estimated time 1 month. I was given the option of changing the mattress or waiting for the one I wanted- I chose to wait. The people from De Rucci was so kind and they organised me to have a temporary mattress until the order arrived. I am very satisfied with the comfort and quality of the bed and mattress. Amazing service too. Thank you!

My experience with Derucci was so luxurious! I was blown away with the customer service from Kain. Kain was so helpful polite and wasn't pushy at all. He tried his best to find us what we needed and he delivered everytime. So thankyou Kain !
