Sadly was confronted by an aggressive e and rude female staff member this afternoon. My son and 4 year old daughter were at the playground when my four year old said she was busting for a pee. I asked if she could hold it until we reached the shopping centre (5min walk) she said no, so I discretely took her behind a large tree to pee. This woman storms out to abuse me and tell me to put a nappy on my daughter if she can’t control her bladder. When I tell her it’s just pee and to relax she tells me to f-off and sticks her middle finger at us. My daughter got very upset and kept apologising. Disgusting behaviour by an organisation that should show empathy
