REPCO in Belconnen ACT is a very surprising place.
You can ask anyone a question there, and if they don't have an answer, they will find some.
All staff and management are fantastic and very very helpful. So, a huge thumbs up from me and a big thank you to Jes

Ordered some items for click and collect. Within 20 mins they rang and advised me they didn't have what I needed but had similar ones. Arrived at the store and the staff member was friendly. Apologised and advised me he's already organised the refund for that item. Was happy with the quickness and service.

new person at the front counter was nice, im sure repco as a whole could use an update to their computer systems i can’t imagine trying to learn how to work something that looks like a bios from 1990, good to see the addition of milwaukee tools and accessories as well

Remarkable customer service skills from Ryan, a new staff member at Repco Belconnen.

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, honesty , indeth knowage on tools, devices and products.

Ryan puts the customer first and dosen't try to sell the most expensive item, yet listens to the customer needs and wants. He is able to give outstanding inside industry knowage and conduits himself professionally within the workplace.

He is a huge asset to Repco Belconnen. I look forward to seeing him grow within the company and explore new career opportunities.

Great advice, staff is nice and always helpful who are knowledgeable about their products. Goes in detail categorizing product to ensure car manufacturers recommendation is maintained. Ask for Max, Mark or Jarrod for any parts inquiries👌🏽

Absolutely brilliant service! I rang to get advice and the blokes said they would help find the exact part I needed. Got the part as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely shop here again!

The managers specials can be really good here, just have a squiz on the tables. Staff were friendly and helpful.
