The team at Pedders Belconnen are exceptionally customer focused and professional. I am visiting from WA, towing a van in a Dmax, last 500Ks had concern about rear suspension and noticed a distinct drop in back end. After listening to my usage both general driving and towing was shown that my current OEM suspension was not sufficient for my load, recommended I go for GVM upgrade. As I am visiting from WA they were able to fit me in on same day and completed the work in 3 hours getting me back on the road. I am extremely impressed with the frank advice provided and the demonstration as to the failing of my fitted system. I am very happy with the outcome and would say the if you are in the market for advice or upgrades you would do well to use the team at Pedders Belconnen.

Was on holiday in Canberra and the rear leaf springs on our Ute fell apart. Replacements were fitted and I was back on the road within 24 hours. Am very grateful, Thankyou.

We were driving from Canberra back home to Noosa when we struck trouble at Sutton Forest. We had to get the car towed back to Canberra on a Sunday night. We called up Pedders Belconnen, they said to bring the car in and they’ll have a look. They were completely booked out and under staffed but they dropped what they were doing to help us out. 4 hours later we were back on the road heading home. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Very professional, fast and only too happy to help out complete strangers. Thanks guys, we really appreciate your help.

I took my car here after the tyre place told me that the horrible clunking noises it was making were not tyre related and probably a suspension issue. Stuart let me drop my car off straight away and called an hour later to say that it was fixed, no charge. Highly recommend!

Best experience I've ever had with any type of mechanic. I called up 5 minutes before closing one day, they said we open at 0800am tomorrow but we are here from 7am so drop it off any time after 7 (last minute booking). By 9am they called and told me car can be picked up, they ordered the parts and lunch time the following day they said bring your car in. He mentioned the boys will have lunch, and then they will fit the brakes. They had my car for 2.5 hours, including the lunch break. Most mechanics want your car for the day. Efficient, trustworthy, best advice, will use every time now. Highly recommended.

Took my CX5 back from service centre and noted cracks on control arm bushings. Went to Pedders and was able to fit me in the next day, awesome service and reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Took in my car to get suspension and steering inspection. Daniel was very helpful and explained the problem clearly. The report is also very helpful because it is differentiated based on the level of urgency.

I was travelling from Melbourne. A wheel bearing went in my car, they fitted me in that morning and had it fixed before lunchtime. Really impressed with service and speed.

Very happy with the service from Pedders Belconnen today. I've heard that Pedders in general has a reputation for telling you everything is broken and needs expensive fixes but my experience was the opposite of this.

I rang yesterday arvo and they booked me in for first thing this morning. Called me within 2hrs having diagnosed the problem, a simple part needs replacing.

Unfortunately were unable to provide the part BUT my car is a very rare Japanese import so this was to be expected and I don't hold this against them.

I called Tuesday needing my car to be looked at promptly & Stewart was able to book me on Thursday & that they would need the car for the day. I walked in at 8.30am & was greeted by Stewart immediately, I described to him an issue that was raised by a local tyre shop & advised that I was expecting to replace several parts. He reassured me that he’d investigate the issue & would be in touch. As I walked out of the office, I was surprised to see my car already being driven out to be road tested. 2hrs later I had a txt advising that my car was ready to be picked up. I figured it had been diagnosed & would need further repair. Upon arrival I was greeted by Daniel whom explained to me that they had completed a full check of my suspension system & everything was as it should be. The only thing needing attention was a loose bolt that they tightened. This then fixed the issue I was having and they were able to complete a wheel alignment (to perfection) & had me back on the road for $95. I was shocked that the fix was so simple after previous conversations elsewhere & was so glad to have been treated with such honesty. I will definitely be back & will highly recommend the guys to whom ever asks.

I was looking for a GVM and suspension upgrade for my 2021 BT-50. After talking to a few experts Stewart was the only one who had everything in-stock and would be able to do the upgrade in around a weeks time. He rung me a couple of days early at lunchtime and offered to do the upgrade that afternoon. Around three hours later he called again to say everything was done. Fantastic! The GVM and suspension upgrade has completely changed the vehicles dynamics, even empty it rides far better. Thanks to Stewart and his team at Pedders Belconnen, your work is very much appreciated!

Chopped Gu patrol in for fitting Adjustable Panhards front and rear. New bushes installed front and wheel align. Result the patrol has never driven better. Steering wheel shudder and vibration gone after many frustrating years of trying to diagnose. Very happy.
