Best service, friendly, knowledgeable and great selection of bikes and accessories. We have had our bikes serviced here along with repairs. Always found the staff to be helpful and happy. Shop always appears to be organized with their stock displays.

Bonus, easy, convenient off street parking available behind the shop.

Have used this store a number of times over the past 5 years and the staff have always been really helpful and knowledgeable on bike gear. Services on my manual bike were always completed in the day they were booked and their bike always ran well afterwards.

Most recently I was informed there was a mobile service. Andy helped me out in a pickle with a damaged back tyre (not just a flat inner tube). He responded on the day and came to me to fix the tire so that I could cycle home that day.

Fantastic service, and I plan on returning there to force a better bike stand in the near future.

Awesome expertise and very reasonable pricing on a service with new parts. David helped me bring my bike back to smooth functionality. He was helpful and very understanding - even when I asked him 101 questions being the beginner I am. I could not be happier with the service of this place. I would recommend them to both friends and family.

After suffering a bike accident and not having a bike for a important race Andy and the team were able to sort me out. Under a great deal of pressure Andy and David were able deliver a great bike under a tight time line. Thankyou Myride

All the staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help with anything. Every time I go in, I'm greeted with a smile and they will always take the time to explain anything to me to help me learn more about my bike or just general bike related chin wag. I feel they always go over and above and that's why this place is one stop shop for me and my partner.

Just wanted to say a big thank to the team at, "My Ride Woodville".
My bike had been in the shed for about four years covered in rust, dust, and cobwebs and badly needed some care.

The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

My bike was back ready for the road next day. The price was very affordable.

They have a carpark out the back which was handy!

My Ride Woodville has a really friendly and helpful team, they've gone above and beyond to help with bike servicing and sourcing the right gear I'm personally looking to race triathlons with. Couldn't recommend a better bike store for this personal approach to each customer. I've been to many bike stores and this has been by far my best experience with who I'd call 'the good guys', genuinely nice people - get in there.

An amazing customer service experience. I had absolutely no idea what I was looking for and being new to riding I was a little worried going in with no prior knowledge. However I was served by David who was very welcoming and helped me determine what would best suit my needs within my budget. I felt very well looked after and was really impressed with the after sales service that was offered. I will definitely be back!

I took my new bike to My Ride Woodville for assembly. David and Andy could not have been more helpful, not only with the assembly but explaining the tech and how to use it once I picked it up. The guys are just friendly people and they will make you feel welcome, even if you are a novice rider like myself. No question was too silly and nothing felt like it was too hard for them. I can highly recommend David and the team at My Ride Woodville. Prior to going there, I wasn’t happy with the service I was receiving elsewhere and My Ride was recommended for me to try. The moment I went in, I spoke with a mechanic that would be working on my bike. They took the time to listen to my bike’s issue and wanted to understand exactly what was going on to get to the bottom of the problem. The whole team makes you feel welcome and are always eager to help as much as possible. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Prices were competitive with the big chain stores, but the service was above and beyond. This store is further from my home, but I'll be making it my local.

Fantastic service! Staff went above and beyond to help us out in every way possible to find tyres, parts, bike trainer etc! Everyone in shop was friendly, smiled and was very helpful. After experiencing terrible service in other bike shop, was so grateful to find this gem of a shop. Would highly recommend, and will be back!

Just got my wife's bike back from a service, it's feeling better than when we bought it new (from another bike shop). Wayne and Willowa are always very helpful and generous with their time. I'm glad to have a decent bike shop just down the road.
