As a difficult client who always has 1000 questions, the team at Silk Belconnen were so informative, patient and accommodating to my needs and I had an exceptional experience with the girls. A big thank you to Nurse Sophie and Manager Brandy for my treatments who provided comprehensive and clear information on the treatment risks and expected results. In a world full of misleading and inflated sales pitches, it was refreshing to discuss my concerns with professionals who were well informed and principled . I will definitely be back in your very capable hands.

I had been to a few nurses before Cat at Silk Belconnen with varying results. Cat is amazing, she explains everything to me and is the first nurse to actually talk to me about what I am trying to achieve as a whole, rather than just injecting botox and filler where I have asked her to (with no idea what I’m doing). The latter being my experience with other clinics. I recently had a freshen up and am blown away by my results. The staff are always so welcoming, professional and go the extra mile to make sure I feel comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Cat or the team highly enough!

Went for the first time to Silk Laser Clinics in Belconnen and was seen by Cat. I had Botox treatment, which I have done many times in the past at different places. I must say that Cat is one of the best nurses I have ever been to for this treatment. She was so quick and precise, it seemed like it was over before it began. I say this because in the past I have been to places where they have taken quite a bit of time to do the treatment, which can make it quite a painful experience. But with Cat, the process was quick and painless. Nearly two months later and I am still very pleased with the results. Cat also addressed other concerns I had with sagging jawline that I thought could only be addressed through surgery. Definitely will be coming back.

I’d accidentally walked in thinking it was a nearby clinic I had booked an initial skin consultation for, came back immediately afterward! The staff were incredible to say the least, informative and had my best interests at heart. I was helped to understand my skin better and walked though what would help me achieve the results I was looking for. 10000% Recommend!

If you want injectables in Canberra, you go and see Cat T and her team at Silk Belconnen. Booking is simple, a phone call where you divulge your insecurities and it’s locked away. Arrive you fill out a simple form about, past experiences and what you want to achieve. Roll into the treatment room and Cat is awesome, legitimately the utmost pro. After a full consultation I realised my previous clinician had fail me. Cat helped me realise what I needed and what was superfluous. Cat is so down to earth whether it’s your first time or 500th, she makes you feel at home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cat.

I was referred by a friend who had a positive experience. I suffer from TMJ issues and was recommended Botox injections to help relieve constant headache, jaw pain and ear aches. I went in for a consultation and the lovely lady was very informative and wonderful to talk to, and made me feel confident about the procedure. Its been 2weeks and my headaches, jaw pain and ear aches have subsided dramatically although not fully gone but it give me hope for the future. Would defiantly recommend!

I found a great deal online for laser hair removal, and some additional services offered by SILK that other clinics didn't offer. The customer service has been outstanding each time, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am often caught out with having to bring the baby in, and the staff have been very accommodating with this. Overall, the services received have shown quick results and I am quite please with the whole experience.

Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to products for my dry combination skin, I received dermaplaning and my skin felt more soft and smooth then it ever has my entire life. I am booking in botox soon as Cat is one of the best injectors in Australia. I would give this 6 stars if I could!!
