They framed a vintage poster I had for what I thought was a reasonable price, and they also replaced the glass in one of my favourite prints that had been broken by my removalists. Both jobs were really well done. The service was friendly and they gave me great advice. And then when I was stressing about getting them home, due to their size, they organised to have them delivered back to me. These guys are THE BEST.

Came in for a replacement piece of glass for my frame - the staff were lovely and helpful and had it sorted and fitted within 15 minutes. Good price, great service, would recommend. Cheers guys! <3

I dealt with Hannah at the framing shop in organising an anniversary present for my wife. Hannah gave excellent advice on how to produce what I wanted, and the results were excellent. Thank-you Hannah.

The staff were really helpful in helping me choose the best format for my framing. They made sure I was happy with the end product, which was framed to a high standard, and looks great in my house. Great friendly service, excellent finished products.

Must be under new management or have new owners since I last came in (a couple of years ago) as my experience recently was fantastic. The staff were very impressive, they had a great eye and the end result was exceptional. Highly recommend.

New owner is brilliant

Unfortunately I found this framer really poor to deal with. As a professional photographer, I’ve had many pictures framed. This shop don’t seem to communicate with each other, I had a different staff member each time I attempted to complete one job, the quality was poor (always check colours under studio and natural light). After 4 attempts I went elsewhere that completed the simple task first time. Perhaps I just had a bad run but for the price, was not worth it.

After the appalling experience here I was so pleased to find the wonderful staff at a framing in Mitchell, they could not be more different.
For a quality framing experience, definitely go elsewhere.

Absolutely appalling service. The quality was so poor I had to take my framed print back to be fixed. The owner refused to rectify the situation without charging an exorbitant fee and was rude and abrasive. Very disappointed to have received such treatment, particularly from a small business. Please choose one of the many other framing stores in the vicinity.
