Truly painfree experience with all my procedures including 2 crowns & 3 implants. Very communicative with their examinations and options, professionally carried out. Cannot recommend Alex & his team high enough for their excellent attitudes & results

If you told me i would be leaving a 5 Star review for a Dental Surgery I would have said you’re crazy but it’s true. I had a disappointing experience with a - (now) former dentist who left me suffering. I was quite desperate when I called Pain Free Dental and they answered my prayers, Dr Nikgoo not only saw me at very short notice but was professional and kind, he explained all my options and took care of me the same day painlessly as his calling card says. They even followed up with me a couple of days later, that’s true customer service and caring right there, who’s ever had a follow up from a Dental Surgeon before? I Have. It all went well, PFDC were excellent the staff and the Dr’s are exceptional and I very “comfortably“ give them a 5 Star review.

Dentist was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding replacement of one of my missing teeth.

Pain Free Dental were very accommodating with my apointments & have great service. They provided me with comfort to lay as I had a bad back. Dr Nikgoo explained everything well, gave me a plan to better take care of my teeth and my options for future.

The best dentist there is. no pain and very professional. My other half is very reluctant to go to the dentist (takes years between visits) but feels comfortable here.

Well after years of seeing dentists and their old ways of a painful and not so pleasant teeth extraction , I have never in my life ever experienced a 100% PAIN FREE tooth extraction whilst staying conscious let alone a surgical removal with no pain at all during the procedure.
Even after the extraction and surgery there was no pain in the recovery process. Wow unbelievable.

Fantastic experience yet again, I have been using Pain Free for a couple of years now, Alex and the team are very professional and always go above and beyond to help me sometimes at short notice.
I’m currently living an hour away and are happy to keep coming to Pain Free Dental Clinic over other closer options.

The environment is relaxed, calm and considerate.
I appreciated the care taken to educate and explain procedures identified requiring, and why it mattered wholistically.

My family and I have been attending Pain Free Dental Clinic in Moss Vale for nearly a decade. We have always been treated with gentle care and personal interest in ours and our kids' lives. Dr Nikgoo goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of his patients during treatment whilst being very thorough. This is truly "pain free" dental care.

Wisdom tooth pulled in the chair. 15 minutes later I’m out. No pain.
Dr Alex is the best and he is kind and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The team at Pain Free Dental in Moss Vale are excellent, the office staff are so helpful on organising appointments, Dr Nikagoo is an excellent dentist, I had a very gentle wisdom tooth extraction that was so quick and smooth I barely realised he had begun and it was over with! My children all go here and he looks after them very well, and the hygienist does a great job too. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough :-)
