Great little park for a rest stop and bbq. Undercover bbq’s and bench seating for 3 groups. A lovely grassy area for kids to kick or throw a ball. Great shaded play area suiting 3-10 yo (not fenced). Clean amenities block and a lovely fountain sculpture to top it off. Lots of parking including space for longer vehicles (e.g. caravans/camper trailers).

Walcha is a very neat and tidy town with well cared for gardens. And stunning autumn trees. Lovely town

A local lady changes the flowers in the public toilets every few days (she wants to remain anonymous). A must stop park!

What a hidden gem, a roadside oasis.

Lovely manicure ground, covered play area with plenty of rides to choose from.

Clean amenities along with lovely, well built covered eating area with big sturdy tables and seats.

It was a delightful place for lunch and is on our Go To list for our next trip north.

Job well done to all involved, your hard work is very much appreciated. 😁😎👍

Whoever is employed by Walcha Shire to maintain their public toilets is a keeper. You can stop in any public toilet in and around Walcha and they are clean, with fresh flowers on display.

A beautiful clean and tidy park. The trees are glorious. Thank you to the council for this wonderful place. Water and free BBQ. Snd clean toilets .

This is an excellent family friendly park. Plenty of shelter. On street parking. Clean public toilets. Children’s play equipment here. A nice place to relax.

Excellent little park. Could use a bit of fencing from the side road to the kids playground, but really good otherwise, so, 5 stars.

This would be the cleanest public toilets I have ever seen and fresh flowers. The whole park is a credit to the whole town and the workers who look after it.
