The staff here in the coffee shop are kind and welcoming. I called in and Joshua promptly answered the phone and helped me leave a note for my partner who was coming in for a coffee. Long distance relationships are hard and this made his day. thank you so much!!

I had just finished training, and had the best service, my bondi wrap and bondi meal.. it was amazing, the girl that served me was absolutely super cute with a contagious smile, they were all being smashed with orders so naturally there was a bit of wait but everything was beyond my expectation, seriously well done 🥰

ty OTR and Oporto for being patient while i had a manic episode due to low blood pressure/sugar levels.

I just go there for the great coffee & sometimes for fuel when it's cheap otherwise a great pitstop to get what you need 😃👍👍👍

Friendly staff. Quick bites including Wendy's, Subway and Brumbys. Good door specials on fresh bread, snacks and confectionery. C coffee always well made.

Chantelle makes the best Red Velvet's I get them all the time and she never fails and always has the most amazing service ever.

Love my morning coffees from this store,been purchasing coffee & petrol for 2t y wouldn't go anywhere else.Staff are fantastic,always helpful and friendly 😁

Great selection of drinks, snacks, etc. Oporto in store is clean and offers a fair bit of seating. Love that you can buy Krispy Kreme in store but the display for them is wide open and unfortunately there was a fly on mine (trapped in the bag it was given in). Kind staff member offered a new one or refund. I took the refund as I imagine the others have germs all over them.
Overall, food and drink seem a little overpriced, but not a bad experience and staff were friendly

This OTR tends to very busy. So plan you visit to this store, and if you can use a app do so..

The staff are very nice and helpful, but generally run off their feet ..

The food is hot and fresh..and of course yummy.

The OTR is conveniently located and tends to attract alot of customers.

The coffee tends to vey nice and they heat your hot food while you wait ..

In general a very good experience.
