Great service- booked in, reminder messages and very friendly service. Really good about sitting down and explaining each item of the invoice and explaining what everything meant. Replaced my key battery which was just amazing and something I hadn’t even thought to ask for! Really friendly staff, best experience I’ve had with getting my car serviced so far.

Great log book service. The guys at Fyshwick were very personable, on time and under the quote. I should note that Ultra Tune were half the price of the dealers quote for exactly the same service. Oh, and where the dealer was going replace my brake pads, the guys at UT couldn't justify it as there was more than half the pad wear left - go figure.

Making appointment was quick and easy. Able to get in the next day. Friendly office staff. "Maintenance and Repair Service" performed as advertised. 10 year old car - a few issues were noted to monitor. No pressure.

I’ve not had any trouble with this business and I’ve been more than happy with the services provided by the courteous staff.
Will continue to go back there for all my vehicles in the future.

We had some issues with our 120k service on our Mitsubishi ASX and it resulted in some inconveniences... But... Five STARS all the way!

I'm leaving this review because the Team behind Daniel (business owner) were amazing, helped us get the issue fixed and looked after us like valued clients, even after the issue, I'll be back again just because they Genuinely care, hard to come by these days.

My partners side mirror was broken on her fiat 500c, and we took it to fiat mechanic first who didn't even inspect properly and quoted $998 to replace entire mirror.. Drove down the road to ultra tune and the mechanic took it apart on the spot and repaired for us for a fraction of the price. Really made our day, we are so thankful. This is a really good mechanic.

First time taking my car here today after seeing good reviews. Pierre was so patient with me (we had a family crisis, so I kept needing to contact him and change plans).
I had to drive the car 5 hours after picking it up and it drove much more smoothly. Price seems reasonable.

Pierre and the team were so helpful towards my wife and I. We are from Queensland and our van broke down, Pierre made sure he was at our service in no time. The van was fixed at such a great price and in no time at all. No other mechanic wanted to help us but these guys made sure we were able to get home safely with a busy day ahead of them, yet they still made time for us.
