Manager C.J. has put so much love into the store with staff-created 'fan-art' like the monkey magic pastel and anime here. Flippin amazing dedication to marketing the product, friendly welcoming staff and just a delightful retail experience. 5* marketing!

Ecmersley's has a wide range of supplies and materials for everyone from kids and beginners to materials for professional level artists. The manager is an arrist who has used many of the materials in the pencil section and has several demonstration pieces on display.

Great selection of art products. Excellent staff who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Staff member (sorry, have forgotten name) went out of his way to help me out, walked away much more informed about a particular process I am trying to master.

I do love this place. Has such a large paint selection (and finally has the whole liquitex soft body paint range!), and I'm fairly happy with what they offer for markers and pencils. I can think of a few additions that would be nice to see in those fields but nothing that stops this being a great store.

First time I visited, I was greeted by some lovely staff, second time there seemed to be only trainees around who struggled to process my membership card and order. I assume that'll change given how new the store is

I was served by a lady the other day called either Georgie or Georgia (I'm so sorry I can't remember!). She was super friendly and made a pretty funny Sims joke! Upon entering she directed me to the art supplies I needed.
Shop is fairly large with lots of different types of supplies!

How wonderful to find an Eckersley's Art & Craft at Castle Hill. Everything a creative needs under the one roof. However what makes this outlet truly special is behind the counter. CJ was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also talented in his own right. A pleasure to visit and shop.
Edit 4.02.23 Attended in store Drawing Workshop: Colour Pencil Rendering and Shading of CJ's eye. Most enjoyable and skills learnt were valuable. Recommend for teens and adults.

Wonderful, well-stocked store, with amazing staff and warm, friendly customer service! But the address printed here is incorrect - it should be 7-13 Victoria Avenue; Shop 12-13, Castle Hill!!
