Went with very senior person. Staff were great, and very understanding .

I love this bank always will always have but.. the atm outside the bank didn’t have any $50 notes which was such a hassle so i unfortunately had to go to maccas to get cash out i’m hoping next time this doesn’t happen

Could not find the branch so I phoned and put on hold for 20mins , ended up hanging up and going to Rutherford branch

Terrible bank if your just using the ATM. Took payment but didn't give me the money. Spoke to the staff they said not there problem and told me to go to my own bank and get them to chase the money up

service below average. left me waiting while they just chatted socially and then sent me to a third party for a loan instead of just telling me on the phone to begin with, waste of time!
