Great big truck stop. I stopped for Diesel and took 5 minutes to have a look at some of the amazing paint jobs on the trucks. With a look if you have to stop.

Always got the snacks and drinks for the perfect pick me up on your way to work or on the way home.

It's a servo, it gave fuel, people were friendly. Enough said.

Only rates 2 stars simply for the fact their open late at night. Garbage pumps for cars, pot holed entrance, dust bowl parking and good at treating all customer's like dishonest people. When a customer walks up to the counter and say just the milk thanks. The cashier should not assume all people are dishonest and ask if you got fuel. Tarring everyone with the same brush. The statement is pretty simple English. Fix this truck port and bring back a decent restaurant for the truck drivers and travellers. Train your staff that not everyone enters a service station to purchase fuel. If you think someone hasn't paid for something check your camera's or call the police.

Staff member that served us missed out on the hospitality courses. Sure the poor lad could have had a bad day, but he could have been at least a bit more polite. Filled up the car and asked about the facilities. The girls wanted to have a shower, so happily paid 4$ each, but the service itself, especially the service the girls got was far from acceptable. Seemed annoyed already when the drawer of the coffeemachine had to be emptied in order for me to grab a cup and from there on every bit of further service seemed to be a major effort and a huge pain.
Let's hope he'll do a better job in the future.

Exact same experience as 2 other reviewers here regarding staff, poor signage and being told off on the PA. Only used it due to having an airport rental and won't be back.

Terrible amenities!
1. Upgrade your showers and toilets. (Showers don’t even have curtains so the floors get drenched in water with no mop to clean up, not to mention the bottom of the doors have sharp rust all over them).
2. Fix the lights in the drivers lounge and provide more than just coffee sachets with no cups or milk for your truckies.
3. Diesel truck pump fuel handles leak so you get a nice coating of diesel over your hand with no soap in the toilets to wash it off.
Do better Shell & Coles, look after your truck drivers it’s the least you could do 👍🏻

Short haired staff employee the worst customer service ever received, abuse to customers visible anger problems with accusing someone of driving away without paying & harassment.

Not the same as when my parents owned it. We had the best feeds and my dad put a bar in and extended the dining area. I tried to ask the owners that took over for all our family pics on the wall of us growing up with all the trickiest coming there and local customers and they said no. They were in the shop when we bought it so they stay. These are pics that meant nothing to them but so much to my family. Anyway in short, the place was never the same as when my dad Kevin Cotter owned it.

Arrived at this servo, signage not clear. Attended vacant pump as all other pumps were taken. Then rudely told by staff member to move, over pa without clear instructions subsequently drove into town to Caltex with fellow travellers and avoided this servo.

Pulled in for fuel after 600kms. Turned around so the tank was the same side as the bowser. Got told over a distored speaker I could not face that direction. Pulled around to another pump facing the way they wanted and was still refused fuel for some reason I could not understand because of the distortion of the pa system. Drove back into town and put over $100 of Caltex into my tank and continued on my way to Barkley. Never stopping there again and telling my friends to avoid it as well. Get treated better in Cloncurry.
