My partner and I have been coming to Adrian for several years to help with various chronic ailments and overuse from years of surfing, mothering, computer and construction work. Adrian is highly knowledgeable and insightful on anatomy and always suggesting home exercises we can try to help combat or alleviate our problem areas. I love how Adrian gets stuck right in as I breathe my way through the release and I always leave feeling lighter and a little longer! Adrian’s expertise, friendliness and strong remedial massages are greatly appreciated and we highly recommend a visit.

I’m have been seeing Adrian now for a few months after having issues with my shoulder. Adrian really takes the time to discuss the issue and its root cause, look at other factors that may be causing the problem whilst I’m exercising & how I can improve my technique to avoid it reoccurring. Not to mention he works on the injury itself for direct relief and better mobility after the session. Great bloke & definitely recommended.

I was visiting Byron Bay for several days and fortunate for me Adrian was able to fit me in. Adrian is one of those special practitioners who works intuitively and combines his wealth of knowledge of the muscular skeletal system to give undoubtedly one of the best massages I have had. Adrian is absolutely incredible. His knowledge on the human anatomy is utterly impressive and he just knows exactly what your body needs to fix anything aches and pains. For me I have a hamstring issue and had been suffering with it. Also a long term shoulder injury. Adrian gave me the most epic massage and gave me some advice on how to adjust my yoga practice until I am 100%. Not only that buts he's an absolute crack up and one of the best listeners I've ever met.

Adrian is without a doubt the best therapist in Byron! I've pretty much seen them all and after only 2 treatments with Adrian my back, hips and knee have felt better than they have in years. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I recently had a massage with Adrian whilst on Yin training in Byron Bay. By looking at my posture and confirming my problem areas Adrian immediately identified my issues and treated me accordingly. When I left the massage I felt free in my body and the next day I woke up feeling awesome. Adrian is a very knowledgeable therapist. I had ongoing pain and tightness throughout my neck and upper back due to a herniated disc in my neck. I had been to countless physiotherapist and massage therapist for over a year. Adrian was able to get me moving more freely and feeling more aligned within 1 session. Highly recommend

Adrian is one of the best masseurs I have ever seen and an all round top guy. I saw him on a Yoga teacher training immersive week and was incredibly locked up and tight and he was able to help over two solid sessions. Not only that but he immediately picked up on where my body was out of alignment and showed me ways to modify poses to avoid injury and get more out of my practice. Highly recommend.

If you require a serious massage, then I would absolutely recommend Adrian at Bodyalignment; he's the best that I've found in Byron Bay, and wouldn't go anywhere else. It continues to surprise me that each time I visits, he understands my body better than I do. He has incredible power and firm hands, perfect for determining the condition of the tissue and likely source of pain. If you are looking for results, then Adrian is highly recommended.

Adrian is a fantastic remedial massage therapist. He can read the body so well that he seems to know my particular muscular issues even without explaining what they are. For anyone looking for an excellent remedial massage in Byron (or Sydney) I would recommend you call Adrian. I also love his Byron massage room setting, amongst the palm trees.

Adrian is honestly the best in the business. I spent 90 mins with him on my trip to Byron last week.

As someone with severe arthritis , I am forever seeking therapy in Melbourne . I am so so lucky to have found Adrian in Byron Bay. Adrian is the most skilled remedial therapist I have ever used . He helped my chronic neck to be pain free , and stay pain free for longer than any one has ever been able to do. Every time I go to Byron in the future , Adrian will be the first booking I make ...even before I book the restaurants !
