Family First Medical Centre and Skin Cancer Clinic

Over a long period of time, I've seen many professional Doctors here. The service and care for patients go up and beyond. Front counter staff are polite, helpful, and friendly. If you're getting a skin check, they're very thorough, and you as a patient will have confidence in knowing that your in good hands.
I've also had surgery on my forehead and I've always put it off due to scarring. I was concerned about how it would look after surgery.
Dr Wayne Norval completed the surgery, and I could not be happier.
Within two weeks, people were asking where I had the surgery completed. Patients should have the confidence in Dr Noval and his team of doctors to complete any surgery that is required, and that you will receive best possible outcome in every situation.

The service from this Medical Centre is the best you could ask for. The staff are always helpful and caring in particular Nurse Jade who goes out of her way to care for the Veterans who visit this facility. Also worth mentioning are the Receptionists who always greet you with a smile.

Amazing practice with great doctors. I’m always able to get an appointment when needed and the reception staff are absolutely lovely. I 100% recommend the practice to anyone looking for a new doctor for anything from illness or pain to a skin check!

Fantastic service from the time you walk in. Love the bulk bill which there trying to remove from other clinics. My doc is fantastic with a slight sense of humour but knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

All the Doctors are great at family first medical centre.The reception staff always try and help patients. And the practice manager is fantastic.I have never seen a practice manager care so much for the patients and staff so much as her.She is worth every cent to this practice

Great doctors, great service, awesome that you can usually get in on the day you ring or very close too. Also had my elderly parents visiting and they had no dramas to see my dad who constantly needs medical appointments straight away!

I’ve been seeing Dr Saha for a few years now, so decided to let everyone know his consummate professionalism and thoroughness in treatments was good enough to convince my mother to also change doctors. He has looked after her and myself very well, something I’ll always be thankful for.

Dr Wayne Norval is excellent. The wait is well worth it and I will only be using this doctor for all skin needs in future. Dr Daniel Gonzalez is a wonderful GP and I am very pleased I switched to this fantastic practice. Lots kd credit to admin and lovely nursing staff.

Last week I unfortunately had a run in with a wasp, from the front counter to seeing the Dr I only waited about 10 minutes, the dr saw me straight away, thank you so much 😊

Went to get my skin checked and they were thorough.
Amazing professional service and you got treated like a person that they cared about. Friendly Dr and staff. Can not fault this practive.

I found Dr. Zim to be a thorough, very caring and gentle doctor who took the time to give good explanation to my queries. I hope he stays in the bay at this practice.

The staff & Doctors go above and beyond to help you, they put themselves out to make you feel more comfortable & you’re needs are met, I could not recommend Family First more highly. They are so friendly and all know you by name, I always feel welcome and as though I belong whenever I visit.

At midday, Jodie removed 30 stitches from my face.
The kindness, attention to detail, the communication, caring, nursing was 100%.

Have been a patient for over 4 years, Dr Norval diagnosed skin cancers that other Drs have told me are 'ok' and he showed me copies of the pathology results to prove his findings. So happy this is a bulk billing service. Admin staff so welcoming and love nurse Jess (thank you)
