The camp and facilities are excellent and very clean and tidy. The food is next level the best variety I've seen for a camp. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay 👌

Basic accommodation that is dog friendly. Breakfast is a great inclusion with lots of options. Outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Very clean.. the only issue is the noise of boots walking past very early in the morning... It seems to echo.

A decent bed for the night, a bit like a FIFO camp but the food... wonderful. Thanks team 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I've been to Mount Isa 3 times and when I know I'm coming, I always try and book here!
The rooms have a double bed (not 2 singles pushed together)
It has a normal sized fridge rather than a tiny one!! The room is insulated so it gets cold quick on a hot day.
The best part is Breakfast is included!! Its a camp/Mess style setup so there are several large tables with coffee machines and buffet brekky, cannot fault this place and a stone throw from the shops and Bottle-O.

In May we stayed at Leichhardt Accommodation where we met with family members and covered all the tourist spots. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Fantastic meals with free/included buffet breakfast. We chose the included dinner option and the dining room never disappointed. We walked to town, for a coffee shop and other shopping. Office staff were very helpful and welcoming, and kitchen and ground staff were also friendly. A great place to stay in Mt Isa.

This was the perfect, pet friendly. Rooms felt a little small, but the beds were comfy and the aircon was nice and chilly. The pool is under cover of shade and there are several grassy areas out back to walk the dog. Above all that, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The owner is very knowledgeable about the local area and geology, so have a chat with him. 10/10 would visit again 👍

I must say that the owner is my brother-in-law. Having said that my wife and I spent a week with them. I have stayed in a variety of accommodation and found the quality of the room and facilities to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. While I was there I heard many people who were also guests speak highly of Glen and Cherie and the quality of the accommodation. I highly recommend that you consider Leichhardt Accommodation whenever you are in Mt Isa.

Stayed on the 3/2/21 with my pup, she was warmly welcomed, and Ronnie I believe it was helped with the check in and couldn’t have done more! Super welcoming bloke and such an asset!

Simple but very reasonably accommodation! I didn’t take advantage of the included breakfast or do the dinner option but from what I can tell it looked really good!

Definitely will stay again on my way back through.

Checked in last night.
Cosy & confortable bed.
Took advantage of complimentary breakfast.
Mess call set up.
Walked around...the grounds.
The site has something for everyone.
Hugh play area for the kids.
Swimming pool & 2 well setup Bbq areas with everything.
Laundry room.
Have spoken to a few of the staff this morning all very friendly.
Gosh i really cant say more other than HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Ive stayed at many dives and won't leave reviews but when a place is worth positive review my fingers go to work.
Massive "Thumbs up" for Leichardt Accommodation, Mt Isa.

I constantly travel for work and stay in motels all over QLD. This is by far one of the BEST places I have ever stayed in. The value for money is unreal. The staff are straight forward great to deal with, it's safe, the breakfast is great. I would advise anyone in Mt. Isa for work to stay here, stay away from the caravan parks where you get average service.

This should be the gold standard for business accomodation! Glen was very welcoming, a true Aussie champion. Leichhardt has everything you need when on the road and need a good place to stay. Meals were fantastic, grounds and facilities top notch. 10/10 would stay again (hopefully soon)

Perfect accommodation for workers, rooms were clean and had all the basic requirements for a home away from home. The facilities were well maintained and most importantly, the food was fantastic!

Had a work BBQ out the back of the accommodation and the area was great. Lots of space for kids to run, grass and great facilities. Definitely go there again. Also the accommodation is modern self contained dongas of the same if not better quality than most places in Isa. Well priced as well.

Clean and modern. It is mining camp huts essentially, so don’t expect anything fancy. Very new facilities, great place for pet owners. Dogs allowed in rooms and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be staying here again.

brilliant in everyway - clean well appointed accommodation, safe parking and great meals and crib, crystal clean pool and a great a d an extremely well stocked exercise area - add great service that is does offer and you have a near perfect, cost effective offering

I rarely receive such an extra ordinary service as they gave here! Anytime and any question they are there to help you with a smile. It was like a home outside home - it had everything we needed - even pegs to hang our clothes after washing. Would surely come back and strongly recommend this place for as many nights as you wanna stay!

I stayed here while on a soil sampling field program in Mount Isa, and it was awesome! The food, rooms and staff were all great fit the situation and I couldn't recommend them more🙌
