The team were very accommodating to our changes and needs and then Harry the installer was a pleasure to have onboard and his speed and craft around installing the floor. We walked into the shop at 4pm on a Friday afternoon about 6 weeks before settlement and Jonathan, the owner, completely sorted us out. Great recommendations and service throughout. He sourced the product we wanted, which was out of stock elsewhere, and the price was significantly better than the chain stores. Because they supply and install the whole process was seamless and Jonathan visited the site multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. The installation team have worked together for years and did an absolutely perfect job.

We have recently renovated our home and was highly recommended to use floor tech by our builders. From start to finish Jonathan, Maggie and team were friendly, knowledgeable and over the top helpful with our flooring project. We had a bit of a tricky patch job to match existing floors and they went above and beyond to help, fix and then amend to bring it up to their standard. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help with hard flooring.

Our old floors gave Jonathan and his team a real challenge. Plus we had to have the installation in two parts as we had scheduled a new kitchen in after the main living area was completed.

I have the hybrid floor for 3 months now and it looks great and no issues. Kids love it. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and took us through the journey from selecting the product, colour, and installation. Had a bit of a repeating pattern in the kitchen area and some other questions which we discussed with Jonathan about and they were resolved quickly. Installation was very quick. Great product.
