We have had our Ute serviced by Mac’s since 2017. They are amazing. Clayton the owner is always accommodating. Never have an issue with our Ute because it’s well taken care of by Mac’s mechanics.

Big thank you to Mac's Auto Service Centre. Our 4B broke down on the Bruce Highway just before lunch today, a Friday of all days. We had to be towed by RACQ to a safe place. I rang Mac's, as they were only 5 minutes away, and they said, bring her in and we'll do what we can. They did everything! They found the problem, they fixed it and she's running beautifully. Home safe and very grateful.

Clayton was very professional and helpful. He diagnosed the problem with our car very fast. The service was excellent.

The team were nothing short of amazing and accommodating as no matter how much I gave them they did it with no issues and kept me updated through the entire project.

It is hard to find people that take pride in what they do these days and will be sending all my cars there from now on in.

Over the years of owning cars and utes you eventually meet your fair share of mechanics. Moving around I am often needing to find a new. I'm very happy with customer service. I am never made to feel that I couldn't understand. I've never felt more comfortable leaving my vehicle behind in their capable hands. I have twice had to drop my car in fairly quickly and they have had the job done on the same day. Absolutely brilliant and keep it up guys. Love your business and your ability to communicate so well.

I'm from NSW so was nervous about using a mechanic that I wasn't sure of given living interstate. I can definitely see why they have 100s of 5 star reviews. From the initial phone call to meeting in person Mac's Auto Service Center were amazing and put my mind at ease. The customer service was impeccable, clear, precise and informationitve. They didn't try to up sell anything or make you feel like you'd be picking your car up with a hefty bill as they run you through everything and quote you over the phone. Not only was it good supporting small/local businesses, they are also family run so they have integrity and a customer satisfaction focus (not like the major mechanics just worried about profit). Would highly recommend, and will definitely be using them again when visiting family in QLD. Thanks Team.
