National Home Brew

To be honest, I was kinda angry because National Homebrew forgot my order and started shipping 8 days after my payment. But I got an honest appology and the order was then shipped via express. Mistakes happen and this incident just shows the good customer support. All's well that ends well.

The greatest range of malts and hops bar none. Always very helpful and shipping is extremely quick. Always have my order within 3 days and I’m in another state.

This is the best home brew store I've encountered. A massive range of gear and ingredients - spirits, kit beers, fresh wort, grain, kegging, the lot! Always helpful staff who really know their product and great advice for the home brewer. The shop is well laid out and clean, no dusty old stock or knick-nacks. Range of grain is amazing, and a diverse stock of yeasts.

Fast delivery great service quality products. Has a small minor issue with order and was resolve quickly no questions asked. Certainly a great personal business ethic.

A fabulous place to meet friends. Fantastic veer made with Blueberries!! And Chef Patrick weaves his magic in the Kitchen. Treat yourself to a great afternoon/evening out.

We have only been here once but are planning on going back. Great choice of beers brewed in the brewery. Staff friendly. There is a restaurant.

I've shopped at a handful of homebrew stores lately, local and distant, small and large. I've found virtually all to be run by good people providing friendly and useful input while making purchases. The homebrew community is like that and its great.

National Home Brew have been my best experience so far! Emailed ahead of ordering a Crown Urn to check on shipping costs. Quick and friendly responses, service and delivery. Delivery came via courier. The beer kit inclusions were exhaustive. Will definitely be back!

I've been dealing with NHB for just on 10 years now. I'd make the following points.
1. The owners and staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have moved to Brisbane and still order my brew ingredients and gear through them
2. Between them they are a virtual Encyclopaedia Brittanica on all matters brewing/distilling.
3. I usually get what I want, when I want it, at very competitive prices.
I cannot recommend NHB highly enough, and I look forward to travelling to the Bay and trying some of their brews.

Martin, Karen, Leslie and the team are always so helpful. For the beer guys there's oodles of fresh grains, a walk in hops freezer that's huge and a massive range of everything, coupled with great advice. For the spirits Brewers there's heaps of stuff that looks shiney and cool but I don't really know anything about distilling except that it tastes great. Highly recommend this homebrew store, can't wait for the brewery to start!

I also use their online ordering, is always dispatched quickly and packed well, such good service.

reasonable prices, quick postage and great beer recipes. ive brewed 2 of there all grain recipes and the finished product is nice, comprehensive instructions are provided which are easy to follow.

Karen is a wealth of Knowledge and the store has great variety and products
