Grace & Vision Optometrist

My first year at Grace and Vision Optometrist has been wonderful. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always waving hello and goodbye, and they are very committed to helping their customers. Jess has been great with helping me with my ortho-k lenses and glasses and is always ready to provide professional information. The glasses I ended up choosing are very light and comfortable and are one of the only glasses I’ve tried on and actually liked. Thanks Grace and Vision!

Because I wear transition lenses plus my glaucoma, new glasses for myself can challenge the Optometrist. But Lucy and the team at Grace Vision spent a lot of time and effort to ensure I received the very best outcome possible.

I was looking for a local optometrist a little over two years ago and went to Grace and Vision for the first time. From the initial call and all subsequent interactions I have found all the staff to be organized, efficient and knowledgeable. Whenever I am in store for eye tests everyone is friendly and attentive. I always feel welcome.

I find all staff are able to give clear directions and instructions to me for the eye tests and I am impressed with how many different languages the staff speak; so if you are looking for an optometrist who speaks perfect English and is fluent in other languages Grace and Vision might a good fit for you.

I have had appointments with both Lucy and Jess about my eyes and they gave me clear and helpful feedback. They were professional, knowledgeable, and had great people skills. The whole team also helped me in going though the process of getting my first glasses.

In my experience with Grace and Vision I have had no negative situations to report and can’t recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for a for an optometrist with a personal focus give them a try.

I first discovered Lucy more than 8 years ago after having a very bad experience at a "chain" brand of optometrists where the woman testing my eyes just gave up because she couldn't figure it out. I did some research and found Lucy offered a service which I thought might suit me. As it eventuated it was not suitable for my particular condition but Lucy gave me the best prescription lenses I have ever had! I am often told I have great vision when reading small font but in reality I just have a great Optometrist!! I have checkups every year and am always surprised at how thorough the examinations are and how much time Lucy and her staff spend with us. Her team are courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Grace and Vision give great value and great service.
