Wingham Pet Motel

Ros and the team are amazing! Ros was very committed to getting to know our 3 dogs (2 x Schnauzers and 1 x Dachshund) to understand all their personalities and to make leaving them a streamlined and easy process and it was! Our dogs stayed for nearly a week, we got regular updates and at all times felt confident that they were being very well cared for and loved. Highly recommended!

I can't praise wingham pet motel enough, Ros and her team go above and beyond to make your fur babies feel safe+welcome, it's all about fun, with plenty of cuddles thrown in, I've been taking my fur babies to the pet motel even before Ros took it over, the changes she's made have been a joy to see, big runs on the kennels with their own outdoor sofas, a beautiful safe fenced off area in the lake for dogs to swim in, even now a pool, with easy access ramp, heated in winter so dogs get to swim Ayr, there are options for your older or timid babies too, inside the holiday home, aircon in summer log fire in winter, on top of that you get to see pics of your fur babies on Facebook, so if your away you get that peace of mind+still get to see them having fun and know they're safe, a bonus I find is they always come home smelling fresh+clean, would highly recommend them :)

Well considering I was not up to leaving my fur baby Bonnie May whilst going on holiday for 8 days but fortunately and thankfully came across Wingham Pet Motel ..
Ros and Mike did their upmost best to put me at ease on leaving Bonnie May in their care and I am so THANKFUL TO THEM BOTH for the reassurance with updates on how Bonnie May was enjoying her time with them .. it certainly was home from home comforts and love for Bonnie May from Ros and Mike that made my wonderful holiday stress free and special .. Thoroughly recommend Wingham Pet Motel the best fur baby accomodation ever .. No hesitation on going on future holidays ever again knowing my Bonnie May also had a thoroughly fun time with Ros Mike and all the other fur babies ..

We have used Wingham Pet Motel a few times now with Coco - she has always come home so happy. The personal updates and photos are so reassuring to us. This year our two cats (Toffee and Lulu) joined Coco for a holiday. They were all so well looked after - we were able to go away and not stress about our precious pets. Thanks so much Ros and Mike😊

Can’t say enough about how amazing you all are. Mikki and Milo (2 very spoilt cats) were treated so beautifully in their time with you and you made an elderly lady very happy knowing how well cared for they were.

Our puppy Herbert LOVES going to the Wingham Pet Motel, he is always so excited and doesn't even look back (compared to other places where he needs a little more encouragement...) The landscape is like no other with rolling green hills, a lake and the great outdoors for the puppies to enjoy. We have no hesitations with leaving Herbert here and are so grateful for this service!

Mack and Ava had a wonderful time at Wingham Pet Motel, they were treated just like they would be at my home. I really appreciated the videos of them playing and sleeping by the fire. Thanks Ros

we dropped off our pup on friday 29 /9 tail was wagging & we picked up our pup on monday 2 /10 same tail was wagging . all we can say is thumbs up for ros & mike we are as pleased as our puppy ty for a good week end Chris & Pete

Ros and Mike are the real deal! They are both extremely professional and genuinely loving towards every breed/type/personality of dog that comes to their home. They take the trust that owners/fur parents place in them very seriously but most importantly they are passionate about making sure their dog guests are as comfortable as they can be - their property is completely adapted and centred around their dog and cat guests. Fur babies are so precious and ours has been going for 3 years. They just ‘know and get’ all his little quirks and speak his language. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have found them! Gold!! Can’t recommend highly enough!

Would highly recommend Wingham Pet Motel to anyone considering places for their dogs while on holidays. Rosalind was fabulous to deal with. Both Delyla and Dotti our Daschounds went straight to her no problems. I felt very comfortable leaving them. Then when we returned they were so happy and content. They were socialising with all dogs big and small. I think they enjoyed their holiday as much as we did. The yards and property is like dog heaven and very picturesque. Will definitely be back.

Wingham Pet Hotel  was just the place we were looking for! Ros and Mike where fabulous with their knowledge and assistance from our first email to follow up phone conversations.
At the drop off of our two  wiemeraner's, (as lets face it they are a bread of there own).    Ros made us feel comfortable from the second we arrived arrived.
Ros and Mike took the time to take photos of our fur babies and it was obvious they where having a great day.
Having a covard puppy we where so grateful to  receive free advice on how to help our girl with her anxiety, we have taken it on board working on this.
We will have no hesitation on our fur babies having a regular doggy daycare or leaving them for a wee holiday when the time comes as we know they are in great hands.

Recently 7 year old Miko ( a Japanese Spitz) has come into our care and our first priority was to find somewhere where she felt happy and comfortable to stay when we had to go away. Wingham Pet Motel was highly recommended to us by other dog lovers and we felt the in house boarding would be the best option for Miko. Miko initially attended some puppy play days and very quickly built a strong rapport with Ros and Mike. She was always very excited to see Ros and Mike and her other furry friends and we always felt confident leaving her, knowing she was receiving the very best of care and treated as part of the family. Miko recently spent 2 weeks at the Pet Motel and we loved getting updates to let us know how she was going, with texts, photos and Facebook posts. Miko is happy, loved and has fun when she stays there and we couldn’t ask for more. Ros and Mike do a fantastic job and we highly recommended The Wingham Per Motel.

Thanks to Ros and the team at Wingham Pet Motel for looking after my three kitties so well! I have been boarding my three kitties with them for a few years and I am really pleased with everything. Last year my cats boarded with them for 3 months whilst I took an extended trip away, and when I got back my cats looked healthy and content and they didn't want to leave! :) Various staff from Wingham Pet Motel kept in touch with me throughout my trip to keep me updated on my cats and it was very reassuring to hear from them whilst I was away.

Our Labradoodle boy Duke has been fortunate enough to have Rosalind & the team at Wingham Pet Motel as his second family for nearly 3 years now. He was just a baby when we had to travel to Sydney and were very anxious about leaving him. We need not have worried as not only was he loved & looked after he was socialised with other dogs & made lots of friends. This has been a great thing for Duke as he now plays with all dogs big & small and is so well adjusted and gentle with other dogs. Duke loves his visits to the Pet Motel to see his 4 legged friends and his Aunty Rosalind. If you are looking for people to look after your pets as you would and give them all the love & attention they need then Wingham Pet Motel is the place for you.. Facebook updates are wonderful and it is great to see your pet enjoying their holiday too. Cannot recommend high enough, thank you Rosalind & the team, we would be lost without you xx

Wow wingham pet motel was a real find for my Rosie tothe extent that on collection when Ros put her down and I called her she paused, looked at me and ran back inside! No doubt to the couch in front of the fire!Thank you so much for her wonderful care.Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Wingham Pet Motel for anyone wanting to leave their much loved pet for a holiday. Rosalind, Mike and the staff are absolute caring professionals and for the over protective nervous pet owner, as I am when it comes to leaving my dog with others, they have my 100% trust. Lusi (12 months old English Spring Spaniel) receives so much attention, she is carefully matched with other dogs to play with, they are well supervised and seeing regular photos on Facebook of her playing with her new mates puts my mind at ease. Lusi certainly doesn’t fret.

Wingham Pet Motel is a boarding kennel like no other we have experienced. We left our much loved vizsla, Zoltan for 3 weeks while we travelled overseas and knew he was having as good a holiday as us! We were able to check Facebook for daily updates and were reassured that he could not be in better hands. Rosalind, Mike and the team truly love caring for animals and lavish attention and good times on them. They take them for regular walks, swims in the dam and group play sessions as well as being meticulous about monitoring your animal's health. I couldn't recommend Wingham Pet Motel more highly and it is truly Zoltan's home away from home.
