Extremely happy with my experience at Concord Smash Repairs. Dylan, Nicola, and the team were all extremely friendly and super helpful. Really knowledgeable and understanding of the work I wanted done. Despite my fussiness, Nicola was super patient and provided so much help and options to get exactly what I wanted. After going to a few different places for quotes, these guys are just everything you could ask for and stood out by a mile compared to the competition. Very affordable price and high quality work. I highly recommend these guys. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had my car repaired here after a bingle. Great repair on the front fender and such a lovely company to deal with. I was being railroaded into using the smash repair attached to my insurer and after insisting that I wanted to use Concord which was recommended by my mechanic, they let me. Nicola guided me through the process, rang the insurer and arranged for a replacement while my car was being repaired - something the call centre for my insurer didn't even mention I was entitled to! Need a smash repair, go there.

This review is long overdue. I have been coming to Concord for various repairs for years now, most recently for my Mum’s cx5 for a large chip repair on 3 layer white paint and it came out perfect as usual. Nicola is always a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable will go out of her way to make sure you are looked after always. Thank you guys

Did a great job and was reasonably priced. Plus they offer free courtesy cars, which is great for everyone who doesn't have access to another vehicle during the repair. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've got to give a huge shoutout to the folks over at concord! My car had a broken antenna and some pretty gnarly dents on the roof panel. I'd been turned away by other places, saying it was too big of a job. But these guys didn't flinch! They took on the challenge and absolutely nailed it in just three days! My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Their passion for what they do and their commitment to making customers happy is really something special.

Absolute legends! My car passenger door was almost broken into, so my car central locking wouldn't engage (so car wouldn't lock at all). Rang up to see if they could fit me in, they ask if I could bring it in for inspection first. When I arrived, they instead were able fixed my door immediately on the spot, all on the same day! Would absolutely highly recommend, as these guys are honest, friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back, if I have any issues with our cars.

Fixed our car extremely quickly, stayed in touch about progress and was very accommodating for drop off/pick up - and the price was incredibly reasonable as well.

My younger brother recommended this company to me to have my cars front body parts repaired these guys have done a wonderful job even though it was a bit pricey but they are worth every penny they did a great job on painting the parts and fitting them on for me words cannot explain how happy I am I will use these guys again thank you Nicola and team for all your hard work

I took my 2017 Hilux in to have a few small scratches and dents sorted. When I picked up my car it had been fully detailed to a very high standard. They made the 5 year old paint job look brand new. Great customer service, decent pricing and they fixed my car pretty quickly; also you get a complimentary courtesy car so you can still get around while they work on your car. They colour matched the paint perfectly to my car you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. 100% recommended for any car needs
