Dan Murphy's Redbank Plains

On the way out of the store the trolley wheels locked preventing me from being able to push a heavy load of cartons to my car, kindly enough an employee named Alex grabbed a carton and walked it over to my boot even after his shift was finished and was on his way home he still went out of his way to be nice, thanks mate you’re a legend

Always have what I need, staff always greet you on way in and are extremely helpful when needed

Attend this store as a contractor but above all the staff were very welcoming friendly and helpful with all the best deals and meeting your requirements and knowledgeable on current best buys and sales etc. Wheelchair friendly open space isles and disabled parking available at front door with easy access around the complex. Great experience. Thanks team keep up the great work and customer service.

I’m always very happy with the selection and service. Staff are really helpful- last visit I couldn’t remember which wine I bought… they were able to look up through the system with my Dan Murphy card and tell me… this took a while too so I really appreciate they made this effort. Would have been so easy to say forget it.

Only thing I have that is slightly negative is the car park can be a bit pokey when busy - you can generally park in the shopping centre car park if you're willing to walk a little! Good luck trying to turn right into Redbank Plains Rd in peak hour from the main shopping centre car park entrance!

Easy going workers - been going here for awhile and have always noted great service and good security.
Few years ago I saw a deal online that wasn't in store - took awhile but the manager figured out it was a Dan's member exclusive online offer only however he still put it through for me. I felt like I was troubling them at the time but he reassured me it was totally fine and I believe it.

Several months ago they started stocking soju, I would order this on the portal and pick up when they had the combo deals. When I came to pick up my third order that month the manager asked me how I drank these and if I thought it would do well. Good communication skills and interest in what the locals think.

Store is always tidy and workers are all around to help if you ever need a hand.

I almost always order online (Click & Collect). The website is fantastic - easy to navigate, great search function and recipes/suggestions. The regular e-mails about re-ordering are good, too - and not annoying. In my opinion, Dan's have the best prices, and the biggest variety (especially in spirits and liqueurs). The parking lot is in dire need of an upgrade though, but that's more an issue for the whole shopping centre.

Staff is really very helpful. They take their time to help you out choose the right bottle. Always makes me feel so comfortable even though I don't know much about alcohol.

Excellent range of wines, and spirits. And a very good range of beers and craft beers. Coders and alco pops are a little less. My favourite section is the craft beer section in the back left of the store, there is always something new to try, or something on sale. Friendly and informative stagehands, always say hi and seem happy to help.
