Pho An SKYLARK

Supposed to be one of Brisbane’s best pho. It was good, soup was tasty and rich. We also had the combination rice and really liked the pork chop that came with it. The rare beef is some sort of beef mince thing though which was a bit confusing as we thought it would be beef slices. We usually go to ca phe nam in west end, and some of us preferred that but others thought this was better.

Really big portions, one of the reasons why I keep coming back here and do not go to other pho restaurants.

The flavors are super authentic and staff is friendly !

Was recommended by many friends to try Pho An, said to be the best Pho in brisbane! Had the combination pho (medium) and the portion was so generous! Comes with lots of meat as well! Ordered some sides (fried pork chop, chicken wing and springroll) and they were all great!
Oh and best part was the unexpected free tea that is so comforting😊

When you're surrounded by Vietnamese people, basic chairs and tables, nothing fancy, you know you're eating at the best pho in Brisbane! Tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants but been coming here for 5 years and it's the best.

It was the best pho experience in awhile. Amazing taste backed up with excellent pricing and quantity. Free jasmine tea for everyone, a true all in one package. To top it off, customer service was so nice too.

Soup is good and no added MSG!!!
Rice also good and pork chop is good.

I have tried over 20 Vietnamese PHO restaurants and this is my favorite.
Because the biggest problem of other PHO restaurants is too much M.S.G.
The Pho combination and Combination broken rice here are my favourite meals.
The staff is nice.

This place sells pho mainly - everything else is a side or addition including some broken rice dishes! A stone’s throw away from Inala Plaza, this restaurant is situated in a precinct with plenty of free parking. The menu is very simple whilst their sides are noteworthy like fried chicken wings. For me, their deep fried pork chop is the bomb but people do go there for their pho. As for the pho broth itself; it’s mildly rich, earthy and fragrant. It’’s less on the sweet side and more on the savoury. Also, make sure you get the pandan jelly after your meal - it’s great as a dessert!!

Yeah. Been searching for the best pho in Brisbane. I think I found it. Makes me feel like I took a 10 hour flight to get to the place. Very authentic. Has my seal of approval. Simple choices between beef and chicken pho.

The atmosphere and the restaurant needs a bit of a refresh. However the food is amazing. They specialise in Pho. If you are looking for the best Pho restaurant in Queensland I think this is it.

Food tasted absolutely delicious. You can clearly tell the Pho has efforts put into it instead of using cheaply made ingredients. Both was nicely done, not too salty & full of msg.
Salad was fresh & hearty. Grilled pork a bit hard but marinated very well, my wife complimented nonstop.
Spring rolls were crispy and delicious.
Food was served very fast.
Definitely will be back again.

Tastes so good! Rare beef slice in the pho is fresh and chewy. Especially the bbq pork steak is so tender and tasty with rich lemongrass flavor.

One of the best pho place in town. A bit far away from the cbd but worth the trip. Great menu, amazing value, and very friendly aunties cooking in the kitchen. Must-try if you love pho!

Not a bad special beef pho compared to my Pho Saigon place in Sunnybank hills which i go to regularly. The difference between the two is that although Pho an Skylark is packed with flavour but its only because you get more of a beef stock kick in your mouth rather than that wholesome slow cooked broth with flavours gained while cooking at Pho Saigon if that makes sense? They both are good for dollar value only difference is that of your looking for a big serving Pho an Skylark have only one size bowl whereas Pho Saigon have a large bowl for an extra dollar. Both good places depending on how you like your both and serving size as explained above. Id stop by and eat at Pho an Skylark if i were in the area.

Asked a Vietnamese friend for the Pho he gets and he was right on. Nice service, great soup. Cheers.
