I had a problem sourcing an obscure spare part for my awning. At the time I couldn't even name the part. I was at a complete loss. Sonja from Fantasy in Brisbane was a huge help. Phone calls, using messenger plus photos to identify my problem and following up with more help and ideas on where to find the part locally. Problem solved. Thanks.

Just picked up our F3S-D yesterday from Coopers plains QLD . Love the van and Darrell from the dealership was amazing to deal with. Very friendly and helpful from the start to finish of our purchase. Highly recommended. 5 Stars 🌟 all the way!

Paid deposit 3mths ago, promised delivery date 18 August (we knew August was going to be delivery time).
No contact from Salesman "Frank" or Finance organisation member " Marco", so we're getting concerned, Frank has been in contact to inform me that he's just waiting for the gas certificate before he can register our van
Was starting to worry that COVID was going to cause significant delays. Very relieved to hear from Frank today.

Great range of caravanning options

After travelling with our van for a few outback trips we have had time to appreciate he things it has to offer. Only problem is the electric awning. It had a hole in it from day one and has been a pain to attach the anti flap devices ever since. Got a claim in now. Holding our breath for the outcome.

Temporary location better off not being open to the public. It's a junk yard... literally.

Very disappointed !!
Went to our local Qld caravan show to ask 2 questions before listing our van for sale !
(Had to make sure we could do a couple of changes)
Was told YES WE CAN DO THAT !!!!
Sold our van and went to pay deposit on new fantasy only to be told SORRY ! NO WE CANT DO THAT NOW ..... and the bed upgrade would be $1100
Very Poor service !
Keep to your word !

Be AWARE. Yes the place is a junkyard, the arrogant kiwi will simply waste your time.
