What an amazing experience!! From first looking in the showroom to collection. The whole team went above and beyond to keep us informed and up to date with the progress of our build. Dean met with us in the showroom and helped us with a range of knowledge and information to help us decide on the best can for our family. He kept our budget in mind and never pushed us into making decisions. Jacob did our hand over and he was amazing! Very informative and well spoken, he took his time and answered all our questions. I would recommend the company to all.

We are truly appreciative to the MDC team who looked after us from start to finish, the quality of the workmanship is present and the pride the team have for the brand. We took our 14 on its maiden voyage which included a serious storm and it came through with flying colours. The easy set up and the King plus bed ticks the boxes.

We have just picked up our new AUSRV XL15E. Todd did our handover and did an amazing job. Answered all our questions and really knew his stuff. Wayne handled the sale and kept us informed throughout the build process. Thank you Wayne!

Handover for an XT10E van was really efficient.

Jacob is TO manager at Coopers Plains and really knowledgeable.

Glen Latham was our sales liaison. Very good. From start to finish we got no nonsense brilliant service. We had researched for a few years to come up with this van. Best available and MDC has the employees to match the product.

Upgraded from a forward fold camper to Forbes 12+ and we could not be happier. It is so easy to set up, comfortable and has everything that we need. The quality and storage are amazing!

Our first encounter with mdc was when we visited the show room at rocklea. Sales person Dean gave us a run down on the vans and answered several important questions we had We picked up our mdc10e-sb 13th June jacob gave us a comprehensive hand over and was more than happy to repeat answers when we would ask the same question after we had already previously covered the topic. Jacob also guided us to the utube videos to help us once we were on our own. We have already had several people look at our van and say it would be ideal for them and would look into getting one. We look forward many trips in our new home away from home.

We purchased an MDC highside Cruizer. We had a fantastic sales experience by Glenn Latham at the Rocklea showroom, who bent over backwards to assist us and arrange to hold the camper until we were ready to pick up. The whole sale process was fantastic. Todd Sieuwerts at Coopers Plains was fantastic in the handover. He explained the whole camper to us and answered all our questions. He was so pleasant to deal with. We are so much looking forward to taking the camper on our first trip.

Just picked up my second MDC the new AUS RV 13 mk111 its awesome thanks Todd from Handovers in Coopers Plains for looking after me there. Very helpful easy going and a special thanks to Matt Lanham from Vic legend nothing is to hard for this bloke to get things done i needed some things on the van and as quickly as possible went out of his way to make it happen that’s why i keep coming back when i need a new van i recommend MDC and call Matt in Vic he will always do his best to make things happen great experience again and the product speaks for itself.

Exceptional people and service. From the moment I enquired about a purchase, all the way through to the handover, the service was outstanding. I am really impressed with my new camper trailer, the workmanship and attention to detail is superb. To all the staff, a big thank you for making it such a pleasant experience.

Everyone here has been fantastic to deal with. Handover was great as everything was covered. Love the van. Has more in it than we realised.

Our camper is tough, it's great value for money. We hit the camper hard on dirt roads in Central Australia and it went really well and towed like a dream. We had a couple of very small hiccups with the water tap, a lock and a minor bit of stitching. With our few minor repairs the company went out of their way to help us, they fixed them in the last 2 weeks of our warranty and fixed an extra too, something we suggested needed doing even though it wasn't a repair under warranty. It's unfortunate that it only takes one to let it all down. Worst customer service ever experienced by Steve Ballinger... no communication, found my dealing with him very deceitful.

Best suggestion deal with the people in store and not online, and never deal with Steve

Went to look at their display of offsite camper vans. Toby gave us excellent customer service & demonstrated a lot of the features of their vans. Both Toby & the company themselves highly recommended
