Amazing service and staff. Made several calls to the product manufacturer to make sure it suited my needs then called around to source stock.

Disappointed with their returns policy, I returned a shower base as the waste was not in the correct position, because it was not in the original box it came in and had a couple of minute scratches on it my claim was denied $400 gone and I also had to pay for the return delivery. So are Tradelink selling cardboard boxes or bathroom accessories. I will be calling the Ombudsman today.

worst experience in customer service at Springfield store. Went in to seek assistance from an expert. women at counter didn't care. need 600 or bigger flexi hose. she said. no. didn't offee solution until I was half out the door. Then her care factor was still zero. never going there again.
