So we came in and the carpark was full the drive-thru was absolutely packed so we decided to go in to pick up our order
Walked in people everywhere they had a party going on off to the side literally jam-packed
The wait time was amazing we hardly had to wait they were the best-organised Maccas I have ever been to the staff was smashing out the orders and not one of them was complaining and the best part was we decided to stay and they never got an order wrong. Not a single complaint. I truly hope that you look after the staff that are on because they are amazing time is 8:30 p.m. Friday night. Food is nice the service is good, I can't comment to much on atmosphere because I've never really been inside

went through drive through. There was one other car next to me, yet we waited until there were 6 cars in line before getting served. We were both sitting at the window for about 5 minutes with nobody in front. Had a peak into the store and it wasn't even busy, so unsure what the go was. Fries was only partially filled and big mac sauce container was only about a quarter filled. I can't see myself returning here anytime soon as it's definitely not worth the time nor money.

UPDATE: Credit where it's due: The team there today really stepped up their game. Went there upon family's request to buy them nuggets. Decided to order extra for myself as well. No issues with the order, quick and smooth process, waited about 5 minutes at the second window this time for my order but could tell they really had their stuff together. Efficient communicating between staff members and also someone came over to assure me that the order wasn't going to be too much longer. They seemed focused and serious about their job. When I received the order itself, everything was present and my bigmac sauce was definitely a lot fuller than the first visit.

Why do they wait for ten minutes after you've ordered to tell you they DON'T have it?! Then offer you something cheaper but no refund in the difference. Then a large Coke only 100mls of coke and two tonnes of ice. I don't remember ordering a large cup of ice.

Overall it was a good experience being my first time to visit and order from here. Fast and friendly service, ample seating for the amount of people that were there at that time. Enough parking availble.

I know Macca's can get a bad rap but honestly, it's fast food and they're good at it. The staff do the best they can and the service is always amazing here. I'm almost always parked when using the drive thru but the coffee is always worth it - the barista training must be top notch. My expectations are met and if on the odd occasion they're not, then I ask it to be fixed up and it is, the end!

They originally buggered up an uber order and when I called through to advise, the manager was beyond helpful and offered a full store credit as an apology.
Went back to grab another meal and they were more than accommodating and had it to me in about 5 mins!
The team were in point and very helpful and apologetic.
Nice to see some friendly customer service, especially under the pressure these guys were that day!

Ordered some food, worker named Ashley was great service.

5 stars for the 2 young boys working front counter Sunday morning 17 July - one of them was named Nick. Both are assets to this store. Under pressure with walk-in customers and delivery orders, handled themselves with such professionalism, so polite and efficient worked efficiently together to get orders out.

When you live in the area, you cbf cooking.. But also dont want your order to take 30mins and have half of it missing, this is the place right here!

The criticality acclaimed McDonald's has done it again, by showing that although you work in fast food, you can have basic literacy skills.

Although, whenever you ask for shaker fries, they somehow erase that apparent trauma from their mind, because when you get home you find your meal, and a complimentary side of disappointment.

Summary, this is where i go when i want the food that i ordered, and am ok with paying a bit extra for hot fries...

Great Location. Lovely venue, good view of the lovely Redbank Plains. Entertainment is very enjoyable, can easily see the school kids have gang fights in the lot nearby 🥰

Staff are generally really nice, managers are helpful and maccas is maccas. Just expect to have to take it back 4/5 times because overwhelmed workers in busy periods will inevitably make a mistake with your order.

That being said, when you do take it back unlike most stores, you're not treated with a scowl but rather a smile, apology and speedy replacement. Ironically enough this is probably the best food you're gonna find in Redbank Plains unless you wish to do the cooking yourself.

The longest I've ever had to wait to 'pay' for drinks only, with one car in front of us, no one behind, but noticed something was up, staff looking frustrated, I waited patiently, finally got through, couldnt pay, as their till was down, order was free! 😊

Great service from outwardly happy staff. Always kind to me as an 80 y.o man. Appreciate seniors coffee with food, thanks, and to me and others, has become such a great meeting place for friends, an oasis island in a sea of detritus like no other. Thank you! In fact i think i will go there right now. By!

All was good but needed house cleaning

Had to wait 5 minutes for our food one day ( which didnt bother us) and for the inconvenience the manager gave us complementary food vouchers. Great staff, food is always fresh, by far my favorite maccas joint.
