The team always look after us with our fleet of light trucks.
Parts sometimes take a while to come into stock. However their communication is excellent, by always keeping us updated.
If only all vehicle dealers could be at this level.

Great help the other dealership(Toowong) wanted me to buy a whole radiator just for one part and said basically I was up a creek with no paddle .So instead of costing me $$$$ these guys charged me 12 bucks

My visor had to be replaced, so they had one sent up the next day. The previous repairer had installed it badly, so they helped me fix the new one. I was very grateful for such good service. Jenny

Robert Martin is the man to go to for anything you want. Super friendly and very efficient with getting back to you with any inquiries. I feel like when he is not there I definitely look for his son to help me out both of the have great customer service and very patient with annoying people like myself and also very knowledgeable.

New times has arrived here, excellent service thanks to the new CR manager Tim. Went in for a regular 20K service for my van, received a 5 Star treatment, excellent communication, courtesy car, reasonable prices. They even took the time to explain all issues and all possible solutions by detail so that I can make sound decision which parts to replace etc. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Scott as well the the service person Maddie, both stayed back after hours to sort out the issues with my Merc vehicle. The job was effectively and cleanly done and they keep to the promise of sorting out my issue by the end of the day in order for me to carry on my job the next day.. Will definitely continue the support for this branch to service all my vehicles.

Rob is bloody amazing! We were told originally that my husbands truck had an ignition problem which would have cost us thousands. With Rob’s knowledge and experience he worked out it was the starter motor instead.Fantastic communication, very Knowledgeable, fast getting the part in overnight.

Professional and courteous staff especially Alistair whom has been our goto guy with all our vehicles need.
