We went in to price a clothes dryer and dish washer and knew what we wanted before getting there. We were going to originally buy them from JB-hifi and The Good Guys as they were on special at these stores. Well we ended up buying both here at Joyce Mayne because they price matched and we were very happy with that. Great service from the sales people too they were very accommodating.

Emily and the team are amazing! Their knowledge of all things IT and electrical, as well as their service is second to none. I highly recommend!!

We were looking for a new fridge and checked the usual retail outlets to compare prices and products. We chose Joyce Mayne as we felt the level of customer interaction and service was the best, their prices were good and delivery was slightly cheaper.

Absolutely the best experience with Johno at Joyce Mayne Townsville. Outstanding customer service he really went above and beyond for us. We just bought an apartment which we will live in part time and Airbnb the rest. We needed everything. Johno made the whole experience easy, fast and enjoyable getting all our products in on time and at the best prices. He even sourced a kettle I wanted from WA to make sure it was here in time. He gave fantastic advice and even came out to our new home to make sure we could install everything. Very impressed and happy. We so very highly recommend him and Joyce Mayne the best in every way!!

Outstanding service from this store. An issue arose of my HP laptop battery swelling. With it being just recently out of warranty and therefore not eligible for free replacement of the battery, Joyce Mayne stepped in and arranging for the battery replacement and wearing this cost. A much more professional business than HP. I was very happy with the outcome by Joyce Mayne and will certainly return here for future purchases (excluding HP)!

Cannot fault the service we receive here. We have bought all of our appliances, phones and laptops here and have never had an issue. The staff are more than willing to help and aren't pushy like other retailers. Prices are very competitive as well.

Pretty much buy all my electronics and appliances from Joyce Mayne, happy to negotiate to a degree on most items. Have been relatively easy to deal with in regards to warranty claims, product care is a good thing too, this they can usually discount heavily to make it more attractive.
Don't know unless you ask, we all know there is 100% markup on electronics and appliances, last years model is always on run out at some point. Choose when you buy based on this, if you have the luxury of choosing when to purchase.

I went to Joyce Mayne with the intent to purchase a 55 inch TV but no one approached me so I was walking out without my intended purchase BUT as I was wondering thru the phone section a lovely sales person said Hi. Steven then answered some questions and as I had been considering purchasing a new phone for some time Steven sourced the best deal for me. He didn't do the hard sell we all hate but informed me of all my options. I walked out with a half priced phone with a fantastic deal and my mood changed from feeling like I was just unwanted business to a very happy customer. Thank you Steven for your time today. Hubby will have to wait just a little longer for his TV 🤣.

New parents to high school & the BYOD programs. Adam was very, very informative. He knew his stuff, he didn't push anything on us, he told us what we needed to know, he knew the positives and negatives and the schools allowances on devices. Very comfortable to talk to, & well groomed and mannered a friendly member of staff. Not just trying to sell products but genuinely wanted to help. (Well that's how it felt)

Today I had the pleasure of being served by a Steven Croft in your Townsville store. I went in only to check some pricing. However this young man was clearly very knowledgeable about computers, which is a very rare thing these days, and due to his excellent sales expertise I left with one a change from Telstra to Optus, and a computer that was over and beyond the money I was going to spend. This was due to his sales skill in one being truthful and honest to knowing his information about the depths of drives on computers storage etc and three just being a lovely young man.. If I had a job to offer a sales person I would most definitely be stealing Steve from you. Very happy with my experience at Joyce Mayne today. Thank you Joanne keune , lawyer.
