Terrible customer service.
The man pretty much ran out of the store to shoo us away from the sale rack informing us that we shouldn’t be shopping in the child section before we even made it into the store I’m sorry but if we are purchasing an item it is absolutely none of your business what section we are shopping in.. don’t think we have ever left a store quicker. Will never give my money or service to someone so aggressive and rude.
You guys wonder why the Island is dying and so many shops are closing! Have a hard look at how you treat the people who pay your bills.

Absolutely awful customer service. You wonder why the tourism industry is suffering. Places like this with people like the shop assistant make me never want to come back to straddie. We were a group of young women from bris who just wanted to have a look at the bikinis but the man behind the counter told us “don’t bother coming back” when we were at the front of the shop. We did absolutely nothing wrong and assume his attitude is because we are “tourists”. Shove the attitude mate. You’re ruining straddies reputation for the other lovely locals who don’t deserve a bad wrap.

Store clerk has a terrible attitude.. obviously wasn’t the owner as we walked in to by a straddle shirt and he quickly shooed us away until we said okay then lose a sale… he then reluctantly grabbed the pile of shirts and shoved it down on the counter.

Terrible terrible attitude.

Bad customer service. Treated us like we were stealing before we even set foot in the store. Gave me racist vibes. Don’t go here :(
